Unfortunately google doesn’t do 0 stars. The rent jumped up by 223% within 18 months. When I moved out, I got a verbal “you’re all good” from the attendant but missed the final email bill that came at the same time (also, I was enrolled in autopay, which didn’t actually work). The next I heard was a month and half later when I received a letter from a collections agency. I understand I missed the one email, but this is just poor communication and customer service. Also, they close the gate at 6 pm, which meant I needed to wait until the next day, which was day one of the billing cycle. I moved out by noon and they charged me an entire month’s rent. Overall, this place just felt shady. I would strongly advise you look elsewhere

They don’t care about your store unit. Someone tried to steal , and they simple don’t care. The damage the lock of the unit. They said call the police and call the insurance, there is nothing we can do. They simple wants your monthly money and not caring at all for any issue. Try another place.
So far so good. Nice people in the office. Clean yard. Easy access. They even helped me upgrade to a larger unit when I realized the unit I originally got was too small for all of my belongings.

I went online to rent a storage unit and was not able to get it because I have a unit already rented. They lock the gate right at 6:00 pm if you go past by one minute you can't get out. so I tried to call the number listed and I can't reach no one. They need to make sure everyone is out before locking the gate. They try to upsell you on everything. I don't recommend this place to anyone.They are nice on the phone before you get a unit and once you get a unit they are terrible.

No cameras facing most of the units. Lady smashed into my car while driving with her passenger door open and I was told that the entire A block is out of camera range. Sketchiest clientele as well.
The on-site manager was helpful and polite. when I got my unit I got priced around 118$ but only 4 months into it and they already raised it by 25%. When I had a problem with their services they fixed the problem, but raised it right back up 3 months later hopefully they'll work out their payment rates so they can keep their loyal customers (updated) now they just raise it to $180 so as of now i will be taking my property and will no longer be using their services. Please keep in mind they will raise the price
My business dealings with Public Storage has been fantastic. I dealt with Marrikle (sorry if Im not spelling the name correctly) and her associates are great, answering any questions and concerns. I will continue to work with this business.
Desiree was very helpful with my online reservation, but when she couldn't find an answer, Anthony jumped on the line and walked me through every step.. when I had questions about fees, they both were very helpful. 4 stars because unit I rented was dirty.

After storing my car for 2 months there, my car battery happened to be completely dead. Lisa and Anthony from the front desk went above and beyond to help me out:
First, Antony picked up his own personal battery powered jump starter and help me to fix my battery issue. After many unsuccessful attempts, Lisa offered to drop me off on her way out of work (she lives near where I was trying to get to).

Horrible! Closes at 5pm. My specific unit is the only I have seen without the ability for a padlock and is not secure sufficiently! I pay $60/month for a small walk-in closet sized unit. I was trying to get out of the freezing unit before they closed and left 2 small shoe boxes empty outside the unit because my hands were full and they needed to lock the gates and they literally charged me an extra $75 cleaning fee’ outrageous! Ridiculous!

I called for an estimate and after I got a unit elsewhere I got a follow up call from Anthony. After I told him I wasn't interested and disconnected the call. He called back immediately. I told him I wasn't interested for the second time and disconnected the call again. This dude called me 4 times back to back to back to back. I finally had to block this number so my phone would stop ringing. Extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional not to mention super creepy. Will never ever rent a storage unit from this company.
This place is neat. Anthony explained everything to me. Showed the unit to make sure it will meet my needs, explained how to use the app and/or the code. Anyways both of the employees are great and keep calm and smiling all the time. I also got a promotion that they honored because for some circumstances with the online system I couldn't have it on time. Great job!!

If i could give zero stars i would!!! Husband and I came to pay our bill and we called and called and called again to talk to a HUMAN here and NO ONE would answer!!! We always Have issues getting ahold any one person here at this “lovely location” (not actually lovely) all the women who do work here, always have stank faces and attitudes about helping customers with anything. I thoroughly dislike this company and its location and choice of staff.

Buyer beware. Public storage companies have a tactic of giving a low rate when moving in then after your stuff is stored and it's a hassle to take it out, they raise the rates knowing that some people will have no choice but to keep paying. They raised my rates 5 months after moving in. Don't use a storage company unless you only intend to do so for a very short amount of time. They're a money sink.
Update:
This particular property only has one camera in the entire facility near the entrance. The gentleman in the storage unit across from me had his unit broken into and had thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen. I'd recommend a different unit if you have to store valuables.

Well, these guys really do care about being good to their customers. I originally had a misunderstanding and left a three star review. I am updating it to five stars because they personally contacted me and tried to resolve the issue. They don’t have the best hours currently, but that’s not up to management. It’s up to corporate and they are working to fix this issue. I really like the app because you can open the gate with your phone, I have been using this place for about a year now and they do a great job. Thanks, Public Storage.

This Public Storage lot is unsafe. On July 3 someone from the community illegally entered the lot around my car while I was exiting through the gate. The manager watched and did nothing. I called the cops because I felt unsafe. I immediately removed my RV from this lot and asked for a refund of the automatic monthly payment that had recently been debited from my account. Public Storage management contacted me and said they would not issue the refund. No one at this business took responsibility for the threatening situation that I was forced to deal with while on their property.
Marcie saved the experience for me. I had a good interaction with whoever got me set up over the phone, but today when I tried to access the app I found out my email was entered incorrectly. I was told I had to find someone in the office. Went to the first spot, no one was there. Tried to access my unit, to no avail. Couldn't figure out how to open the door. Was never told that if you don't enter your access code when entering that it will not let you out (I thought I could follow someone in through the open gate). My mistake. Found someone who lived on property who told me to go find someone else because she was of duty (but she did help me get out). Went home to calm down. Went to another location thinking there would be someone there. Nope. I tried calling and leaving messages for property owner. Never got called back. I was on the phone trying to get the unit canceled. And then decided to try one more location. Marcie heard my frustration, she took the time to correct the issues, and she even drove with me over to my unit to figure out the door. A few other snags along the way that Marcie helped solved. If it wasn't for her, I would have given up and hated the entire experience. Thank you Marcie for your compassion, your understanding, your honesty, and your willingness to help me resolve this headache of an issue! MVP!!

This place is the worst ever, very unprofessional nosy workers their prices was good at first we started with $160 for a 10×15 not even 4 months in it went up to $210 2 months later they raised the price again to $261 late fees puts you at $310. They are not there when you need assistance very ridiculous prices. Save your money and time go somewhere else, anywhere but here. This storage place is the worst in all of UTAH
I wish I could give you negative stars. I paid my bill and was told I would be able to access my unit however when I show up and there is nobody on site and my unit that I paid for is locked with a lock that is not mine. I will be talking to a lawyer because as far as I see it they are stealing my things. Absolutely the worst storage place ever. I will be letting everyone even strangers know how bad a place this is. In fact I will make sure to let anyone who shows up to get a new unit while I am getting my things out of there how bad this company is and I will tell them of other places that are better because go figure you get what you pay for and this place is the definition of a bad company with lazy workers

Gate access is bs every other storage around that I've used in the past has gate hours 6am to 10pm nope this garbage place closes their gate 6pm and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday trash

Public storage as a company, is by far the most disorganized organization full of unhelpful and inconsiderate people both at the facilities and at the main customer service line. Expect zero assistance from anyone in resolving issues with your rented unit ... better yet find someplace that is helpful and customer focused.
Additionally, terrible gate hours, poorly kept facility in a terrible part of town.

All the staff here is super friendly and goes out of their way to help solve problems and accommodate your needs. With that being said no one is better than Nancy! She always has a smile on her face and goes the extra mile to remember her customers.
I would just like to say, I was a frazzled mess switching from one storage unit to another and Shay, the young lady who was working the front desk was just as sweet as can be, she walked me through each step, took time with me, made sure everything was done correctly, and I went from frazzled to confident and it’s because of her excellent customer service skills. I moved in this morning after getting a storage locker last night. Ryan was very helpful and walked me through everything even though it was busy in there and near closing. He even cleaned the unit since I saw it last night. It was spotless. Thank you so much.

Not recommended, very dirty the 3 lines of sheds have no in between roads it jamed me up several times not being able to even get to my storage shed that day I moved to SOJO storage very happy now

The price continued to go up even after I was forced to get a size smaller and then an even smaller unit and the price ended up being the same as the larger unit so no matter what they changed there prices frequently and made it impossible to be able to continue to pay rent on any size unit it didn't matter it would always change and become way to much to afford so it was smarter just to cancel the service all together....
Great facility to store your personal items. We stored our trailer there between camping trips. The area was clean and we felt comfortable leaving our valuables there.
I can't believe the storage closes at 6:00 p.m. and 5 on the weekends I've got to find a different storage.

WHY DID YOUR HOURS CHANGE without any notice!!!!!!! We ONLY came here because you closed at 9pm and now it is 6pm and 5pm on Saturdays!!! This place is a dump!!! Owners do not care about your stuff!! I try to call the office to make a payment-no one answers!! Do yourself a favor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
This place seems to have the best prices last time I checked (at least for outdoor storage) but it comes at a cost. I had the gas tanks and batteries stolen off of my trailer. There’s a lot of sketchy people in the area which Public Storage obviously can’t help. To combat the issue, they won’t let you open the gates past 6 p.m. which is somewhat annoying but understandable I suppose. The part that sucks is that they never notified us of this change. I received text message reminders of other things but not this. Had I known, I wouldn’t have spent a bunch of money on gas and time driving out there at 630 last night to not be able to access something I pay good money for. Kind of unfortunate. Otherwise than this, I’d say Kevin does a good job of the things that are in his control, it’s just a sketchy area to be storing something outside.

This place is trash. I had a vehicle stored here for years and someone kept messing with it. They stole my car cover once. Ripped apart another car cover. My grill was damaged... probably someone trying to force open the hood. Finally someone stole one of my wheels. Yes a whole wheel and left one wheel sitting on a rotor. The people at the front won't do anything for you, their to lazy to get up and clean this place up. Too many shady characters walking in and out of this place. Wouldn't be shocked if people lived in the units or the RVs stored.
My lease started at 50 and within a year went over 100. Store at your own risk.
Worthless Storage…no security after the gate. You my as well through your stuff on the street. I was ripped off for almost $6000 and they aren’t willing to do anything to help. I checked other RVs and they had been broken to as well. Absolutely useless security…NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE FACILITY…are you kidding me.

Absolutely fantastic gentleman at the front desk! My GPS tried taking me to the wrong gate at first, so I was a bit confused. He helped me figure out where to go and let me know about the policy for being on the property and not staying past close. He left a very good impression and I'm no longer very worried about storing at a place I don't know. This place is pretty nice and there is plenty of space for cars going both directions between the unit buildings. Looked pretty tidy too! I'm glad I picked this one out of the ones I considered.

Great experience at the storage facility. Barbara at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during the move-in and move-out process. The storage units themselves are what you'd expect, the property is gated with easy access via code or phone, and the prices are better than most in town.

THE OFFICE INDICATE "THATS NOT OUR PROBLEM" I COULD NEVER GET A HOLD ANYONE FROM THE OFFICE UNTIL I HAD THAT INCREDIBLY UNHELPFUL RESPONSE THAT THIS IS NOT OUR PROBLEM. I CALLED THE NATIONAL OFFICE. SAME RESPONSE, "THAT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM." ZERO RESPONSIBILITY ON ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THIS FEEDBACK WILL ONLY ALLOW ONE STAR AT THE LOWEST. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR. IF YOU HAVE STUFF THERE YOU CARE ABOUT BEST MOVE IT OUT BEFORE YOU BECOME THE NEXT VICTIM.

Kevin is a great manager! He's always around during opening hours and keeps good security. The facility is well maintained. Great service when I checked in to rent my storage unit.
They only have one camera in the whole place, no lighting throughout. My unit was broken into and stuff was taken. I was told that many units have been broken into on numerous occasions. I swear the gate was always broken anyone can come and go as they please. Decently priced units but definitely need more security and camera's.
The manager does a great job and was very helpful. It felt like had our backs.

I'm a new tenant at this facility and I'm really enjoying it. Kevin's a good dude. The Bluetooth access to open the gate is awesome. All you meet is your phone to access the gate. Forget your code all you want, you dont need it.
Kevin was the nicest person i’ve meet in Salt Lake City so far. My boyfriend and I needed help getting a bigger unit after seeing the size of the one we purchased online. We were afraid we’d lose out on money and maybe not even getting a space on such short notice. Kevin literally made this process so easy and treated us with such kindness and understanding. The space that we ended up with was very well kept and just want we needed. Thank you Mr. Kevin!

This Public Storage place is one of many in the neighborhood. But the best thing about this place is the customer service. Kevin looks after this place and he is excellent to deal with. He doesn't force things on the customer, and actually goes over the details of the contract & explains everything. He doesn't rush the customer and it is a pleasure to work with him. Besides that, the access to the storage unit is easy and simple.

Sketchy. People come and let there dogs loose while they are doing their thing. The last time I was there, there was graffiti all on the cars people had parked there. I did not feel like my stuff was safe there and rushed to get it moved out.

Well run location with great management. Kevin was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Great move-in specials if you can catch them (a rarity these days). Not temp controlled but all drive-up units making it very convenient. Highly recommend!

Storage unit flooded they didn’t let me know and the insurance they force you to buy doesn’t cover anything. Do not trust them. Ask them about insurance how to file a claim and what is covered. Seriously feel ripped off by this company.
