She was kind, professional, very clear with information (things we needed to know), and quick! When I came again, she was out cleaning the area. This place is nice and feels safe!

I had a few issues with my unit and billing, and I was fortunate enough to speak with Ana at the front desk who was more than capable of handling my concerns with professionalism and accuracy. Very nice facility. Ana was helpful at the front desk in getting us into a storage unit very quickly! 15 minutes and we were done!
My unit was broke into and we had many expenses items stolen including a rooftop cargo box. The lock was drilled out and replaced new so there were no clear signs of a break in. They said there was no camera for that lane and refused to look at gate footage because it would be clear seeing a rooftop cargo box exiting.
The renters insurance they forced us to carry denied the claim because there was no sign of forced entry and public storage refused to give the insurance any info.
There were multiple people who's unit was broke into that week and public storage did nothing to prevent more from happening.
I feel like public storage and the insurance company work together to deny claims. 10/10 do not recommend!!

Bad experience, a loyal customer here for several years. They have been increasing the rate since I moved in. Any request to lower the rate for a long-time customer has been denied. They now charge me $347 per month for 10x25 storage but the online price for the same-sized storage unit is $215 per month, which is $132 less monthly.
Also, while there should be always someone on premises, 9 times out of 10, there is never anyone to be found on location or in office to assist with questions or concerns. We would get a delivery for our unit every a few weeks, the office has the access to the location. Normally, they would allow the carrier to drop off anything inside our unit. On the last several occasions when we had a delivery, the carrier had to make multiple attempts to deliver since there was nobody on location.
When someone would finally be on location, the employee would turn the carrier away saying they don't have access to our unit. I was later told by the employee they not have the key, when in fact they do. All of our packages got sent back across the country for us just to pay for shipping all over again (this time to a different address, since there is absolutely no guarantee with Public Storage).
The issue here is a quick turnover with employees, every other month I see a new person working there. I assume employees are not trained well and thus the lack of consistency.
Just a frustrating experience that has been costing me money, stress, and time!
Ultimately, you would think you'd have a better experience when paying $371/monthly for a storage unit.
*** UPDATE ***
After speaking with a supervisor at Public Storage, they agreed to "temporarily" lower the rate down a little bit but not to the same rate as the advertised price online. When I asked why new customers pay less than current customers, she didn't know how to answer and told me that is the best she can do. Just really weird and shady business practice in my opinion.
Christina was very helpful in assisting finishing up my check in and letting me know all the details of the unit. Greatly appreciated her helpfulness and knowledge of the facility.

Do not share positive customer service experience as others. Before renting I confirmed the final price with an agent multiple times. They conveniently forgot the required insurance charge or lied about it existing. While having the unit I also experienced a billing issue. After receiving multiple voice mails, nobody would answer my call or return my voicemail. Additionally, the lightbulb to the hallway of my original unit was burnt out and I was told it could not be replaced and I should bring a flashlight. A ridiculous response to a maintenance issue.

I was having a hard time opening my storage space so I went to Barbara to ask for help. It didn't take her not even a second to come out to help and with kindness. Good service is hard to come by, so I am glad I was helped by Barbara.

I'd usually talk up the public storage facilities I have used and trust me there have been too many recently but this storage area seemed unnecessarily aggressive with the staff being chummy with a certain crowd of clients. A lot of "window shopping" type drive-by interactions and at one point my storage unit had crackers spread out in front. it's Gate is the only way in and out causing a bottle neck feel and the corners are hard if you're in a moving truck or any larger vehicle. I would spend the extra 5 minutes and drive further for a more classic Public Storage facility as this had no pros to.any other, no even convenience.
