I had difficulty navigating the website. I don’t use computers much. I was not satisfied just speaking to someone on the phone. The on-site manager was helpful and answered questions. Her name is Tami. Unfortunately it has been many years since I have had to utilize a storage unit and the cost is out of reach, so I have had to render other options. 🙏

Went in yesterday to rent an unit and Tami was so helpful. She walked me through the facility and showed me two units available because I’m a visual person. They have boxes available to purchase on site if needed. She explained all the fine print.

Fantastic experience with Merilee! The facility is clean, secure, and easily acceessible. Merilee was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the enitre process smooth with the switch over. Thanks for staying on the phone with me while getting this all worked out!! 5 STARS!!!

This place is owned by thieves. Buyer beware. I’m so glad I got out of here. I had to provide my own lock with the previous owners but as soon as public storage bought this place they went around claiming all the locks as theirs and labeling them as such. It took me half a hour to remove their security sticker and it damaged my property. Public Storage if you’re going to try to start a business relationship by stealing from me why do you think I would ever consider doing business with such a dishonest company. Edit I received a call from public storage asking me to remove my review. The claimed that the assets management sticker (A sticker that companies use to keep track of the items they own) was not intended to "steal" my property and claim it as their own but was a security measure. That I had agreed to them putting it there in the contract. I Informed them that they had never signed a contract with them but the previous property owners. That they had at best damaged/vandalized my property and that if they sent me a copy of the contract I would update my review to damaging my property and not theft and they have at this time declined to to that. As I informed the incredibly professional lady on the phone (Seriously Public Storage give her a raise you have a gem of an employee there) I still think that public storage deserves a 1 star review. They either intentionally damaged, vandalized, or attempted to steal my property that they were tasked with protecting. This is a huge red flag to anyone looking for a storage facility. I still STRONGLY recommend against doing business with any company large or small that treats their customers in this manner and just hopes they get away with it.
