This Public Storage is located on NASA Road in Webster just a mile up the road from Space Center Houston and NASA Johnson Space Center.

Been with them for many months and absolutely no issues for first time ever with a storage. Love the app that allows the gate to open without having to get out when you exit to open and entry always was a backup prior to app. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Lisa addresses all the concerns I have or any issues within the facility. She's quick to make things right.
Only cons are closes at 9pm but without this part being there more issues would arise and even after 9. It's too dark inside the gates , which even right at dark before 9 its a little nerve wrecking inside the gates alone without the isle having sufficient lighting.
Overall even the cons won't stop me from this facility being the top of my votes and my business within. Just knowing my stuff inside in protected and secured is most important to me. Having on site living is very important and why I won't leave here. Without Lisa, this facility wouldn't function normal.

Had a really bad experience, the space I took is 10'x15' about a year. Within the first few months, we notice rats poop all around and notified the management, but they didn't take it seriously, rats gutted everywhere and half of the items I had to dump, and the rest had to clean thoroughly to use. I would recommend this public storage unit be checked regular basis and cleaned. If someone is storing their stuff it should be as it is.

Please please do not use this storage. They do not treat the storage unit for pest unless you report it and even then they take a while to do something about it. We had all of our stuff boxed, sealed and mice got in them and destroyed most of our furniture and mattress. The unit smelled horrible pee. We had really nice stuff, clothes etc and had to throw most of it away. Very disgusting place. When we were moving out there was still mice and roaches. Please save your money and pay a little extra at another place. Sadly the district manager only gave us a few days refund when we lost 1, 000 dollar worth of items just lost. I was so heartbroken we worked hard for our stuff and took good care of them so this place cld ruin most of it. I had a panic attack infront of Lisa I just could not believe my stuff was damaged and lost. What's worse is no higher ups have called back. This place needs to be treated monthly stop being cheap.
Worst storage facility I have ever seen. Rats and rat droppings everywhere some belongings were damaged from rats!! Multiple lights were out around the complex. Multiple conversations with mgmt went absolutely nowhere.
I would strongly suggest to stay away.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could, not only was our unit broken into and had our stuff stolen and they had zero security in place for the units like cameras. They also had a horrible rodent problem that left our mattress unusable and many of our clothes and other cloth items needing a massive wash because of the amount of rodent droppings. On top of all these problems they also continuously raised our the renting price of our tiny unit every 6 months the price would go up drastically. Overall not a great place to store your items please find somewhere else if you can.
Just finished checking in. Lisa and Joshua were great. Awesome service. Only thing is the light bulb in my storage locker was burned out. Not a big deal but I need a step ladder to reach it.

I would not recommend this rat infested facility to ANYONE. My unit was destroyed by Rats. The manager, Heather knew about the infestation and took no actions to prevent any further occurrences, I originally spoke with Robin after two days of calling because Heather was out of the office. Robin informed me that there had been at least three other units infested but mine was the worst. I asked for a few extra days so I could disinfect and move whatever I could and Heather informed me I would still be charged for the month. They do not care about the customer. Mold, loose and falling insulation, and rodent infestation,All this is going on while they increase the monthly rent cost.
THEY HAVE RATS!!! Came to check on my things and found rats in my storage!! They ruined my kids stuff! Things that meant the world to me. The owner showed no empathy and didn’t offer any help. I had no issues prior to this and really thought they would offer some type of help but I was wrong.
I have a unit at Public Storage! Occasionally I need help. And I always get it. Well once again I needed help and Heather helped me out!!! She is so sweet and helpful that I had to write this review! Makes me happy I have a unit here at this particular Storage spot, I know I can rely on them if needed!
Mrs.Robin has been a super big help with our moving process. My husband and I made a reservation online and came into the store to see her. She proceeded to show us the size of our storage and if we needed any changes we can easily transition to a bigger one. All of my questions was answered and she was very professional. This was my 1st experience getting a storage and I’m definitely so so pleased with this experience! I definitely recommend this location.

Had an issue 1st day, but the manager returned my call the next afternoon and that night the district manager called to see if he could help! Way to go public storage! When a district manager calls it shows the company cares! Very happy with my storage room and the company itself.
The store is randomly open. Can come multiple times in 1 day to try to pay and there is nobody there and the building is locked up. Has happened multiple times, pretty much every month have to come up here multiple times to pay a bill because they aren’t open during business hours.
UPDATE: came to pay yesterday, came back today to pay AGAIN. AND THE OFFICE IS CLOSED AGAIN. NO NOTE OR SIGN POSTED. COME ON.

Dropped off my stuff on a Monday. Came back Thursday and two bikes and my set of golf clubs had already been stolen. Unit had no forced entry. Cameras don't work and from what the cop said, they hadn't worked for months. Guy at desk said it's a mystery. Obviously someone had the key and just took what they wanted knowing they can't get caught. No mystery to me here.
You know i give them 5 stars because the storage space is nice, the on-site staff are very friendly. However, don't ever let yourself get into a situation where Public Storage is going to mail you a refund check. I have been waiting over a month and counting. Setting that issue aside, i give them 5 stars. They wouldn't believe that the way i handled myself on the phone with the person i spoke with in regards to my refund. i let myself get into that situation when i switched not once but twice, on the same day, into a larger unit. I would lease with them again and they don't know that.

Usually this Site is great, nice and helpful people, this Site is clean and safe. However, today, inside of 24hours their lock-pad, except the code then did not except a code. Will address this with them and I have no worries that it will be fixed, I am that confident in them.
