The unit Manager at this location, Sarah, goes above and beyond to make sure you have a seamless and easy experience here from the moment you rent a space up to and including when you vacate the space. Several Public Storage locations in this area do not have a person on site anymore which I think is a bad move on their part and affects customer service. It’s nice knowing that if you ever need help or support, there’s someone who cares like Sarah does and she’s available. Kudos Sarah, thanks for all your help!!

My storage unit was broken into here. I’m the one who discovered it. No one knew how long ago it happened. I hadn’t been to the unit for maybe a month. The door had very obviously been pried open and a few units around mine as well. Break ins are common for storage units but the best companies will walk through each row every single day and look for missing locks and signs of break in so they can contact you immediately. They do not do this here, so no one even knew when my unit was broken into. This location should improve security by doing daily walk throughs so they can really keep a better eye on things. I also recommend anyone reading, to use two locks instead of one.
This is a very nice, clean facility that is conveniently located in a nice area. The lady In the office, Sarah, was so friendly and helpful I really appreciated that.

Rent constantly increases ever 6 months with no explanation. Our rent started last year at $147 and is now at $225 (increased twice in one 12 months). No thanks, we will be moving our storage to another vendor. Also, moving in and out is very tedious as you have to unlock each of the two entry doors over and over. Otherwise, the place is clean but not worth what they are charging for storage spaces, especially with the questionable business practice of randomly raising your rent whenever they feel like it.

Clint's exceptional customer service is the reason why I rented additional storages at this location, despite moving farther than planned. He has gone out of his way when helping us get additional larger units, replace faulty locks, and make sure our additional units were close to our current ones. Clint's enthusiasm and willingness to assist have remained constant throughout the process. The staff at the location have all been friendly, but Clint has been a true game changer for my girlfriend and me. He has turned our frustrating moving days around and made the extra drive here worth it!!

I rented to large storage units @ Public Storage at 20602 Gulf Freeway Webster, TX 77598 & Clint, the facility manager was extremely helpful. He took the time to walk me through the online rental process &, when I had a problem (my error), he took the time to get the IT technical support to resolve the problem. Clint was very polite, professional, helpful & patient all through the process. An excellent representative for Public Storage!
It is very disappointing that I have to come and leave a review to get a response. The district manager knew the insurance wasn’t going to cover the damage of my 1800.00 couch. I really wish Mrs. Lisa was there because this customer service is ridiculous!

I came into the facility to get some stuff from storage but my app was having some issues. I thought it was only the password but it turned out to be the whole app glitching. The staff was very helpful, even coming out to make sure the app would work to let me in the gate. Many thanks to Clint and Cindy for the excellent customer service they provided me!!!
I am very upset at the customer service, I recently received at this location. This issue started from the day I moved in. The district manager communication skills are horrible and needs a refresher course! As a customer, my furniture was damaged, I was promised things that were never delivered and accumulated late fees, that I was asked for me to pay for and they will credit me the following month. I would never recommend a public storage to anyone after how I was treated!

Again Update on Lisa! Issue with a glitch when making a payment. Received a call we were late. Knowing I had made the payment on the 20th for the upcoming month. Talked to Lisa and she saw the glitch and problem solved.
Update on Lisa! Again Excellent! Had an issue about a unit at another property. She spoke with her supervisor and the problem was resolved quickly. The manager for the other property should take notes.
Posted earlier-- We've had 2 storages on the 3rd floor for years. Elevator went down right before we arrived 1 day. Upset, Lisa stepped in and saved the day. Offered apologies and said she'd call when it was running again( and she did). Great customer service that you don't find often.

The new regional manager is very customer service oriented. Goes out of his way to contact the customers and address any concerns that they might have. I was very impressed with his professionalism when he reached out to help me resolve a minor issue.
Ms. Lisa at this location helped transfer unit. I definitely don't do well with dimensions. Anyway, the whole transactions took a couple minutes. And she was lovely.

Rent is going up and the # of carts to unload/load is going down I see. Only 1 cart available today vs 4 in the past and 3 as of a few weeks ago.....
The We Care Team and Ms Lisa contacted me after I posted this and told me they were going to order more carts but it may take a few weeks. Stopped by there on 12/5/22 and found 3 carts vs 1. Thanks for reaching out to me about this and acting swiftly to rectify the situation. Here is picture proof of them keeping their word.

Would have been a long time customer but my payment went up from 129.00 acceptable to 174.00 not acceptable after 4 months for a 10x10. It's hard to get to if you're not coming from the freeway because there's no way to turn in from the other direction there is a concrete divider that blocks the entrance. The very first time I went to store things they had 2 4wheel carts every other time there were none and I was the only one there. The lady said people keep them in their units so that's why they are missing.

Lisa is the manager at this location and I have been working with her for a few years. She fights the corporation against rental increases for her customers and thats sad that we are still in a pandemic and companies like this keep trying to stick it to the loyal customers. Thank God for managers like this one and the company needs to be glad they have her at this location or they would loose a lot more customers.
