It’s a scam. There’s no real security. They don’t keep track of anyone after they have entered the gate code and the storage units. Don’t have a camera in the hallway. They also don’t have an automatic system for each door that can be locked and unlocked from a Control panel At the office. The manual locks don’t protect anything because they can easily break into it if they try hard enough and steal whatever they want. No accountability for anyone who enters another person storage unit hallway Who decides to steal your stuff by breaking into Your storage locker. The lady at the office is also absolutely useless. All they want is your money and could care less about protecting your stuff.

If I could give public storage a 5 star I would. So originally I went to a location that didn't have anyone onsite due to them being sick. I called to see what could be done and all the staff was so good and fast at responding. Liz took the time to come to the location I was at even though she didn't run that location. She was super super nice and new her stuff. I couldn't get the storage like I though I was but she rescheduled me around the time I will have my money and made it super easy. Liz if you're seeing this Danielle says thank you!!!

Its ok. Its outdoor which means spiders and roaches were in there mucking around. My unit was broken into, my lock was cut by staff to access the unit to assess damages/ theft then made me purchase another lock at my expense. Then as of recent increased the rent to 200 dollars which is absurd considering you can find a better climate controlled indoor unit elsewhere. I'm moving out by the end of the month

I just wanted to share my experience with the service I have received at Public Storage, it has been excellent and any issues I might have is address quickly and promptly. Liz was very attentive and professional, and good work ethics while she was running the facility at Fredericksburg rd, too bad she more to the store on Callaghan Rd. ,.but I'm sure the people over will be happy with her service..AAA+++
If I could give them zero stars I would, my unit got broken into 2 times and stuff when missing they made me wait hours before I could make a report and they where not on top of things, there is a whole on one of the side fences, even the police said that they keep making reports month after month about the same issues
