Cindy and Jeanette were extremely helpful and considerate. Cindy quickly processed all necessary paperwork and at my request enrolled me in Auto-Pay. Jeanette demo’d the requested space and explained facility procedures. I am very pleased with both the facility and the excellent service I received from Cindy and Jeanette. I highly recommend this Public Storage facility.

Well things have certainly changed at this facility and I no longer recommend it. I have been renting here for 5 years this month and I am moving as soon as I find a different space. My rent in 2019 was $160 + $15 for insurance coverage monthly. BTW I found out that the “insurance policy” doesn’t cover anything stored in the space. It only covers the facility for any damage that could occur. Anyway 4 months later the rent increased to $185. Then in October 2022 it goes up to $238. Less than a year later in August 2023 it soars up to $433. And this past March 2021 it goes to $491 monthly! Five years and the rent MORE THAN TRIPLES!
Inflation? You’ve got to be kidding!
And to top things off the “facility manager” is never in the office. And she never answers her cell phone. And no matter how many times you leave a message, she doesn’t respond until hours later, using the excuse that she hasn’t checked her messages. I had to call the national office to get a response from her the last time she pulled this excuse.
So beware! The management is not the same as it was 5 years ago. And I don’t know if everyone has their rent jacked up and tripled over a relatively short period of time.
I currently give ZERO STARS and the only recommendation is to find a different place!

It's amazing how quick these people lock you out of your belongings. Yet they don't mind having a rat-infested storage unit that is broken into all the time. They constantly increase the rent way beyond local prices. If you're just a week late they threaten to sell all your belongings. I would recommend going somewhere else. I have checked around and there are many better storage units with full blown security at a lesser price

Rodents presents. Dropping and pee all over items and chewed through bags. And when I mean rodents. I mean the whole floor was covered in droppings. Items were stored for a year.

I needed a unit for all of my belongings, so I went to this place and I was not disappointed with the service. I got help from Zuri, and let me just say that she was the kindest person ever!. I had a few questions as I was filling out the form in order to rent a unit, and she was very helfpul and patient. I highly recomment this place. :)
