I’m incredibly unimpressed with this company’s customer service. They insisted on charging me for a full month’s rent when I was a few hours past the deadline. I had called multiple times to ask about the move-out procedures and policies and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I should never have been honest, should have just said I completed moving the previous evening instead of the morning of move-out. Won’t be getting my business again. UPDATE: I received a personal call from the district manager who went above and beyond to make this situation right. I went from being irritated and disappointed to definitely would consider using them again. Appreciate the amends in the customer service department, way to pay attention and listen!

Hi from the very first encounter of us inquiring about storage to the very last encounter we had with Nicole was the most pleasurable experience. Nicole was very professional, polite and provided many practical moving tips for storage and always was upfront. She kept her word about prices and availability and continued to offer support to see whether things were okay; so she did follow up. It's because of Nicole that if I ever needed a another public storage I would go to Nicole because her honesty, integrity, were impeccable. Overall had a great experience

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Public Storage on 1130 Austin Highway in San Antonio. The employee was helpful but the manager at this location wasshockingly rude and disrespectful. Not only did they fail to listen or hear me out when I had questions or concerns, but they also lacked basic communication skills. Whenever I asked for clarification or additional information, they provided vague and incomplete information. To make matters worse, the manager went as far as hanging up the phone in my face while I was trying to address an issue. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire business. I strongly advise against partnering with Public Storage on Austin Highway in San Antonio. Dealing with such disrespectful and unhelpful employees is an experience that no customer should have to endure. Save yourself the frustration and find a storage facility that values its customers and treats them with the respect they deserve.

This place was a complete nightmare, but my issue was resolved. If you are military, please seek else or rent or own a home that provides all your storage needs. In September of 2021, there was a burglary in my storage closet. The storage closet contained all of my CIF/Deployment gear—also, some personal belonging in there. The manager did not release nor find the video footage of the personnel that took my processions request by the SAPD detective. I did use their insurance and USAA insurance to receive money back. This place has sneaky management and they are bad for business. If I could I wouldn’t reward them any starts.

Is good for leaving dorm supplies as a college student. the smallest space held most of my stuff including a mini fridge, microwave and 20 other items. for a good priced unit, it’s a good place to pick.

Security Self Storage on Austin Hwy, had excellent service. Everything was thoroughly explained, I had no questions because all of them were answered. Friendly, personal. My storage was such a neat, clean well maintained unit, I felt very safe and comfortable storing and removing items. Highly recommended.
