My storage was broken into twice!!!!! The staff do not contact you unless you miss a payment I filed two claims with the insurance and they are the most incompetent people I have ever came across in my life. There is not communication what so ever unless you miss a payment then when you file a claim it take forever for them to even contact you. My storage was broken in June 2024 and August2024 and I have only spoken to someone in September2024 I would advise not rent from these people at all save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I recently rented a space at the Public Storage located at 1062 NE Loop 410. Mary Ann and Ivie were extremely helpful with this process. Mary Ann was very helpful with the entire process and has been there to answer follow up questions. Her kindness and understanding with everything made for a wonderful experience. I hope her supervisor knows what a great customer service representative Public Storage has. I will highly recommend Mary Ann to anyone interested in renting from this location. Sadly I was informed Ivie is no longer there. Ivie was so nice too. Thank you Mary Ann for a truly wonderful experience.

Ivie was very helpful with correcting a few issues I had after securing another storage room in this facility. After a little patience with gaining access to the multiple floors where my units are located, we figured it out and everything was smooth sailing after that. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced with public storage definitely recommend this location!
Generally the facility is well taken care of, functional and clean. Overall a decent experience but when I vacated my unit through the web portal and turned off auto-pay, they charged me for the next month anyway. Will revise when/if a refund is issued for the month I am not there.
Update: the District Manager for Public Storage reached out directly and issued a refund for the charged month. Amending rating to reflect experience overall.

I loved it at first, the female managers that were there were amazing, however expect your rent to keep rising every few months. I started at a low rate and within 6 months my rent went up twice and I was only notified of a raise for the first one. The second one happened and i called and spoke to a male manager who came across as condescending and not wanting to assist, the whole time it felt like he just wanted to get off the phone. He told me that the rent increased and that they could not help me even though I was not made aware of the second raise in rent. I don't recommend them for anyone trying to find a new unit.

Every Time I try to use the gate Code I can't gain access to my storage Unit. and I paid my storage on time. I probably will be moving soon. I think they doing it on perpose.

I purchased a u it online but ended up not need it or moving inn it at all, after a few weeks of my unit not being touched managed went out of they’re way to contact me and see if I need any help or was having trouble finding the unit. I told them I ended up not needing it and they refunded my money when I thought that I couldn’t get one. I was very appreciative of them for that. Great location and climate control is why I picked this location now I can say the management is great as well.

Terrible Manager! she is a total 2 Face.. Kathye is super lazy and outside smoking cigarettes all day instead of working.. my friend caught her stealing from a unit and she wrote a review about it, Now Kathye mis- treats her when she goes there, and is now trying to RETALIATE against anybody she doesn't like! Terrible person just stay away from this place!!!
This has been by far the best customer service location I have experience so far .... Not only is miss kathye very knowledgeable and understanding but is very helpful all around ... I have had a very pleasant stay for the past 3-6 months since I have been there and not only that but she usually has the place both outside and inside nice and clean ... TERRIBLE STEALING EPIDEMIC! Been here for years and thiefs have always been a problem here. You leave your storage open to go to the car or bathroom the MANAGERS BOYFRIEND walks around stealing expensive personal items from inside your unit! He claims he thought "it was trash" 🤣. Don't ever leave your tools or phone laying around it will magically disappear! Besides that its a good spot. Be cautious and stay safe.
We got a unit and ran into some issues because I lost my key! Katheye was so incredible helpful on that and even helped me get into a bigger unit we then needed. Great customer service

A woman by the name of Karina for some reason let the fact slip by someone cut our lock and replaced it with their own! Nothing was stolen thank God since my expired mothers things are in there but it's obvious. . WATCH OUT FOR THIS LADY! SHE WILL ALLOW ANYTHING TO HAPPEN TO YOUR LOCKER EVEN THOUGH PAID!!! I just moved into this unit this past weekend but thus far I am thoroughly impressed. Even before moving in, I got 2 voicemails from the property manager simply introducing herself and offering any assistance. On move in day, I just happened to run into the property manager. She was so helpful in explaining where to park so we would be as close to my unit as possible. Also made sure I knew where to find their available carts.
