I originally wrote a great review about this facility, but they've raised my rate twice in less than a year. I'm now paying about $25 more per month than I planned on. They blame "market rates," but I sense that part of their strategy involves bringing in new customers at a low cost and then trapping them. I don't mind moving my things out, but there is labor involved and cost to rent another truck. These companies know and exploit that. They operate with little to no regulation, and with absolutely zero loyalty to customers. I feel bad for the seniors and fixed income folks who have to rely on companies like Public Storage.
I rented a space on Starcrest. The elevator broke down with my things on the 3rd floor. I couldn’t move my things until the repairs were complete. Then they said they sent a check and didn’t, so I wrote a review. I received a call from Hollie! She confirmed they lied. She said she would help. Not! They are liars! Don’t waste your time! I’ve been waiting since January and now she’s avoiding my calls! She said she would call back and I’m tired of wasting my time

I came to this location to make an payment sign said open nobody at the desk , called the number on the door they transferred me to property manager number and no answer , wasted time
Went to this location wanting to find a storage place closer to my house and I was greeted by Maya. I really appreciated all the information she gave me and the little tour showing me the spaces, location was clean and Maya was a lot of help setting everything up.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to San Antonio from San Marcos and we were looking for a storage near our area. Luckily we were able to find this place!! Mya was so sweet and helpful the reservation process was quick and easy. Mya even gave us a tour of which unit we’d get and everything was kept clean and organized!
Update: Our move in date was today and Bella was also very helpful! The process what quick and simple she explained our contract and payments so well! Very pleased.

Oj was very helpful in getting me set up with my rental. He walked me through the units and let me look for the best option based on my needs. He explained the process to me and helped me find the ways to save money before I signed the contract. Day of the move, he was on sight and quick to resolve the only issue that came up.

Oj at the front desk was super helpful with getting me situated with my new storage unit. I made the reservation online and he made sure Autopay was set up and that my access code worked. He also walked me up to the unit and made sure to answer any questions. Great experience so far. The facility is spotless with a good AC.
Right Move Storage has been very helpful in making sure we got a unit to fit our needs. All questions were answered and helpful suggestions were given.
Since the current manager, Shahin, took over he has been very helpful making sure we are satisfied with the unit, even suggesting moving to a smaller unit if needed when household items are removed. It makes sense and definitely something we will look into. He is always very friendly and takes time to make sure everyone that rents a unit there understands terms and conditions and is getting the proper size unit for their needs.
We have recommended his location to others because we feel certain he will give them the same attention and care he has given to us.
