I believe it was Jessica who helped me. Very kind, very professional, took care of my needs quick and made it an easy process.
I just want to say wow! Jessica and Danae are so awesome. I had a few things I had issues with when I called the 830 number because I was given wrong information but when I came to them to ask them about what I was dealing with. There was no hesitation. They were very sweet and kind and took care of my issues asap. They work hard and just great with coustmers.

The units themselves are very nice but good luck moving in because there are only 3 small loading carts for the entire building and they are always in use. I had to carry one heavy box at a time onto the elevator and push it all the way to the very back of the building. I’m a small person. I’d move out but it took me too long to move in. Buy more loading carts. That should be a given for a place this big with 3 floors. Absolutely ridiculous.

The prices are reasonable for the variety of unit sizes. Jessica was super friendly and exceeded our expectations by helping us get the best storage unit to fit her needs.

This storage facility is awful. I have been trying to get my belongings out for the last 2 months and the elevator is ALWAYS broken. It takes time being able to get someone to help me move my things out, and each time I've had to reschedule bc of the elevator not working.
Last month bc of non payment, they broke the lock I purchased from them, and replaced it with another lock and told me I had to pay them bc they broke the lock off. I explained why break my lock off when my access was blocked through the app- meaning I can't even get in through the gate. They broke the lock JUST to charge more.
I've learned my lesson, never get a storage unit with multiple floors- there's no guarantee the elevator will always work. And public storage doesn't care- they just want your money. Avoid this place for longterm storage. I am regretting it. Elevator was broken yesterday, and no one answers the phone there so it's impossible to call ahead and find out if it's working. Never. Again.

The property manager is super friendly and worked with me on getting me a storage unit. She even helped me move some of my belongs to my unit which I’m super grateful for. Would 20/10 recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

It's wonderful everything is so advanced it's clean no bugs the ac works cold the bathroom is clean on the first floor, property management is in by appointment only, problem is there isnt a sign that states this so I understand the frustration of the negative reviews, once you call coustomer service and arange for there to be a property manager on-site they're super helpful and attentive! Diana O specifically was quick to help me resolve getting a unit and getting my situation in order! She was kind and extremely proactive to be efficient! I definitely recommend this public storage!

John was very professional and nice helping us at the very last minute...we were in need of a good storage unit, and he accommodated us staying late.
I actually liked the place. It's great when you don't need anything. But I'm giving a 1 star because very, very often no one is here in the office. I do love Joaquin. He's great and so helpful. When anyone is here he's the only one I've actually ever interacted with but that's when anyone is actually here.
Price hikes also suck and often there aren't enough carts.
The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me. The facility was clean, well maintained, and accessible. Good customer service is ALWAYS appreciated and that is what I got there. Highly recommended!

There’s never any dolly’s available when you need them. The elevator in the front was broken and said to use the other one. Then there was another sight on elevator number 2 saying it was down too. It’s annoying to haul heavy furniture just to find out I can’t even access my unit.
Corina was amazing and helped me getting everything set up very fast!
Just know they don't have trash dumpsters for customers 😒 on the property. They will fine anyone who leaves anything behind. Other than that it's OK property.

Do not rent any units from this place I had my unit broken into and the property manager had no idea . Which means they do not care on doing there rounds on checking on the units. Really bad area also there sliding can just open with one pull and any one can get in and they still have not fixed the vehicle entry way .

"Ridiculously over priced"!! I like it just hate having to key in elevator code all the time, & having to walk through long halls of storage units...etc. other than that place is climate controlled & can access gate when entering & leaving through phone app.

This rating is for the Public Storage unethical company business practices as a whole. After a couple of months of teaser rates they DOUBLED our rent. DOUBLED. On two storage units! This is legal EXTORTION. They know you can't move a full unit that fast, and most of us don't have the time, so they rake you, hoping you'll just pay it rather than move. Well, we're moving. Don't waste your time or money.
On the plus side, the site manager Joaquin is an incredible guy and keeps the place clean and tidy. He should go to a place where they appreciate what they have.

Mark from district called personally to make it right. Rarely in business does someone take the time to listen and take measures to correct a negative situation. I am happy to report that the increase has been resolved and we are more than happy with the result. The people working here didn’t help us at all. They gave us a unit, and the lock was broken. They said they were gonna switch us to a new one, so we waited for them. After 20 minutes, we went to check in their office and the guy was sitting down in his chair. Don’t waste your money at this place. Horrible customer service.
The staff here is amazing! Adeline was so nice and thorough when she signed me up the first day and even went out of her way to make me feel welcomed verbally multiple times. Ja quin is so patient and was very understanding about my issues and always had a solution for me. Even ran in to their district manager Rick who was non stop working but still managed to answer my questions in a nice and calm manner. I’ve worked with the public for over 15 years all over the country and I do have to say this team impressed me at this location! They deserve all the recognition possible.

I like this storage, overall it's very clean which is important. They don't have carts so that's the downside to this branch, and every time you go up you have to put in your code, I get why but I wish their was a easier way. Overall this is a well maintained storage facility

DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE at 1426 pan am expressway! My daughter and I went to empty our storage out on9/1/22 at 7am in the morning. We were told by Joaquin that we still had to pay the full $170 rent because our things were still in the unit and that it was all stated in the paperwork I signed! No way! They just want your money! Rent from Lockaway Storage, they don’t hit you with surprise extra charges, and they are up front about their business! At the very least read all of the reviews before deciding on this Public Storage!!?

Do not use Public Storage!! They are a monopoly Corp buying up storage units (this location was Cube Smart). Use LockAWay Storage or another location. I used public storage in VA 2007-2010. Never did I have a rental rate raised nor any security issues. I'm sure Cube Smart customers had locks cut so they would move out and rentals could be increased!! When I used Public Storage in San Antonio 2014-2017, they kept raising rates! When local management would help lower this Disabled Army Retiree, the Corp would raise it and keep going... Usually $20 a month. They have no considerations for military though they say they will give you a discount... They will also keep raising rentals...usually after 6 months. This only happened in Texas!! I rented from PS in Tampa Bay... 2 years... No rental increases like VA. These are in a higher cost of living than Texas... They pass on the Property Taxes to us... Increased my units over hundreds in 3-4 years!! Do not use Public Storage unless they tell you in writing you will not receive any unit increases otherwise rent at your own risk!!!

Every time I have tried to visit a location they are always closed. Or the manager is out and about. PUT THESE BREAKS IN YOUR STORE HOURS. I Haye public storage representative, there is zero customer support. Just manager tell you to go online or call the 833 number. WHICH DOESNT EVEN HAVE A PERSON TO TALK TOO.

Our unit was robbed, the staff had zero empathy, felt no responsibility and refused to even offer one month free rent or any consolation. When we filed the police report we were informed that several units in the building have been robbed. We also heard this from other tenants while we were moving out. When we asked the staff about cameras and notifying the tenants about a series of break-ins they stated they had no cameras or surveillance of any kind, and would not be notifying anyone just as they had not notified us.

We had our stuff stored here for almost two years and upon the company switching from Cube Smart to Public Storage our unit was broken into within 2 months along with at least 4 other units that we are aware of per SAPD. When notifying the manager little to no regard or apathy was taken. I suggest finding another storage unit and one with staff that are proactive rather than reactive.
When the new owners (Public Storage) took over they did not notify customers that new locks should replace the cube smart locks because they were easy to break. Apparently people are crawling over the units and breaking the locks from the inside. Several things were stolen given from my unit given you need an access code to the gate and to the main entrance for the units.Front desk provided a lock, but could not provide info on surveillance, especially if this an ongoing issue. We were also not notified of the break-ins.
