I think it’s so stupid and ridiculous that there’s only 3 carts to help carry your stuff in the entire facility. With the rent everyone pays this facility really can’t afford more than 3 carts?

I’ve had several storages in the past. And this is by far the best one ever. It is always clean, and there is an elevator which is convenient (U-Haul could never). It is very secured and I never have any issues with accessing my unit (if I’m late on a payment) like other storage facilities.Corina is also very nice and helpful. 5stars all across

I moved in after they open and stayed 18 months. The DEI hire who left before I moved out, Baby was rude. I spoke to a DM hispanic during move out and he did not care. Therefor a racist like her. There is a review about roaches. That lady was 4 doors down from me and going ballistic. I had roaches too. I was told I had to buy my own bug spray and they don't spray. The place was never cleaned. I see the same dirt and wrappers on the floor for a month. Bathrooms always dirty or closed because of sewage issues. I asked the manager why the cops were next door at the apartment complex? There's been a few murders. Then there was graffiti on the wall that took several months to get removed. People would run the gate if you tried to enter or leave. This place deteriorated really fast.

I had hired help to move out my things and get on the road to my next duty station (active duty military). The crew is there and ready to go but the elevators won't stop on the floor my units (yep, more than one) are on.
I go to the office to get help and notify them of the elevator problem, and the doors are locked. No note for why they're gone. No time of return. Nothing!
I have now lost a day of travel, money for the moving crew that showed up for nothing and the mileage that is given on truck rental driving. Unacceptable!
***UPDATE***
The district manager called me that day and not only compensated me for my troubles but also ensured that the elevators were properly functioning.
For anyone who has a units on a different floors make sure that you're using the code attached to the unit so that the elevator will work.
I wasn't notified that this was a thing, and the elevator obviously wasnt tracking it either because my 3rd floor unit code allowed me to go to my 2nd floor unit until it didn't.
Ms. Corina has been wonderful to work with during our move. She explained the process, showed us the facilities and was available on multiple days to answer our questions. Climate controlled, great price, password controlled access and great customer service!!

This should be a one star review,but two employees are great. Corina and Deanna were super friendly and very helpful. They provided excellent customer service. They both deserve to be recognized and a raise.
The other employees weren't great and dropped the ball many times. I had two major issues and it way too longer to get it resolved because most of the employees at this location couldn't care less about good customer service.
Corina was the only employee to call me after hearing my messages about getting my lock cut and replaced. Deanna was very helpful when it came to finding the extra key to the new lock and helped me with general information.
I had an appointment to come during my lunch to get my key to my new lock. I showed up and I was greeted with a locked door. There wasn't a single employee in sight. They wasted my time and I definitely have a big problem with that. When I get my stuff out, I will never store anything at any Public Storage for the rest of my life.I would never recommend storing anything at Public Storage if good customer service matters to you. You have been warned.

I live right next door and was in need of packing boxes. NO ONE IS EVER THERE DOOR ALWAYS LOCKED.
They give you a deal then they switch on you and charge you earlier then the unit is due. Very crooked people. I was supposed to get two months for $51 and I have paid $200

The only bad is that the restrooms are always dirty and most of the time didn't have soap.
I have to say Paul was amazing! He made me laugh he was enthusiastic and told me it was his first time on property but sure didn’t seem like it he got me into my new unit so fast and easily asked me a few times if I needed anything. He also was able to help me and also check up on the customers behind me and help them get started to. His time management is amazing and customer service like his is unseen today he went above and beyond for me and I hope to see him again! He managed to make a stressful day not stressful at all and helped me with my ridiculous questions we need more Paul’s in this world for sure!

The lady is rude she is never available and not flexible at all. This storage is for my friend who had to go to Louisiana to get treatment for cancer. Not even a week after he got the storage the bill was already due. A storage that was supposed to cost 91$ a month has cost me 210$ first month and 111$ this past month plus they cut my lock off which was another 21$. I explained the situation but she didn't care.

Good teaser monthly rate, but you may end up at an end, a side or floor that takes eons to get to (one entrance for all) and/or is toasty. Buddy has one and we were soaked in sweat after 30 min not what I'm used to with "temp ctrld." Zero access to trash or recycling bins, bummer. Amazingly High security even for enclosed place, have to enter ur code multiple times to get to your space, which can be a challenge sometimes. Can only get thru your floors door👍Best to bring your own dolly. The few flat carts they have are quickly taken as there are mult floors, tons of units for this complex. Pretty well kept but did see few roaches, n flying ant in hallway, probably cant really prevent that from all the stuff going bk n forth. But I have outdoor unit elsewhere and zero roaches 🤷🏻♂️The "10" units are just over 9x9 and ~8ft high.

This is has to be a nice place to store are stuff ain't like the rest they got bathroom on all the floors kept clean nice and cool inside what else do you need I like it very much
This place is nice I recommend getting a unit here its clean they are friendly and helpful they work with you and this place is NEW. It has floor units and upstairs units nice and spacious. Good for your buck. I wish I happy pictures but it's nice!
First time going to public storage with my parents and the lady there named Melissa, was very nice and helpful. She took the time to explain how it work. I would definitely be coming back.

I recommend this location to everyone. The location is brand new and very affordable for the size space you need. Baby is above and beyond in her service there. Lucy is also very helpful. Good employees ya got there PS.
ROACHES! At first everything was great, when the AC was working, when they just opened everything was clean. Then for some reason ac stopped working and when I went there yesterday my entire unit was infested with roaches. I couldn't even pick up my kids Halloween costume out of storage. They're everywhere on everything. I have no idea how am I going to deal with this situation I cried all night.
P.S. BABY is amazing, she just works there, so the situation is not her fault

Ms. Baby was the young lady that helped me. She told me about the First months rent which over the phone I was told a different price. Also she was very nice and courteous and very informative of the information that was told to me on the phone which was a lie she told me what it was going to cost at that moment and what they did not tell me on the phone when I got here so thank God for her and thank God I had the money at that time otherwise all my stuff will be out in the streets thank you for people like her you need more people like her in the office God bless you and have a blessed day Mrs Lisa Maxwell

This post is well overdue! Long story short in July I was moving and needed a storage unit. I looked around and decided on this location. Glad I did because Baby ( yes her real name is baby! How awesome is that!) was amazing! Tour was great and paper work was a breeze. I didn't feel rushed and all of my questions were answered! 20 out of 10 for Customer Service! Very satisfied with my unit. Great location and price ($1) could not be beat. Thanks for your help Baby
