Do not use this place unless you want rats to eat your stuff. I had two deer mounts in storage for under a year and rats destroyed them. Not just the deer mounts. They chewed up anything they could. There solution was to put more rat deterrent packs in the unit. When I moved my stuff out there was a dead rat in there. Their insurance is crap as well. Gave me $250 to repair $1,600.00 dollar's worth of damage. I got my stuff out ASAP.

I've had my unit for 10 years while overseas. Finally came to pick up my things. John at the desk was so helpful from the time I called asking questions to the time I arrived. He and the John that came out of his way to cut my lock helped accommodate my request. John at the desk was so friendly and made my move out less stressful. I just wanted to thank them so much for their wonderful service.

Gates broken there's already been a burglary they do nothing to fix it . The guy inside lied and said because of the storm there's no one that can come fix it . There's drug addicts walking around looking to steal things I seen them first hand .

NO ONE ON SITE TO HELP YOU EVEN WITH APPOINTMENTS-NO SHOWS AND NO CUSTOMRER SERVICE TO HELP! IM IN A HELPLESS SITUATION!!!!!! I truly REGRET using Public Storage. I have had nothing but issues with them since I signed up 2 years ago. I have had no access to my app/website and no one returns my calls. I have made multiple stop ins and no one is ever in the office. I have made multiple appointments with the management office and they weren't there. No one called to say they canceled the appointments. I have called customer service too many times to count with multiple issues and they say they cannot help to call Managment, schedule an appointment with them on site and there are no further solutions offered. I did get some assistance with Cam'Ron in the past and she was helpful and so nice but I was unable to get all the assistance needed because the rest customer service would be the ones to help me. I don't like how you only have certain hours a day to access your storage either. I wish I could move my things to a different storage facility but its too expensive and I feel stuck there now. I have never experienced worse service or lack of service and quality. They absolutely don't care and don't mind telling you "I don't know what to tell you, Call Management." either party takes accountability.

I just wanted to stop by with accolades to John. He's very attentive, speaks to most, if not all the residents here. We've had a few good, brief conversations as well. He also does his rounds almost every half hour, it seems. I understand that a lot of surveys or reviews can be disappointing and/or negative, but I'm definitely not here for that. I always believe in giving the flowers while you can still smell and experience them. Kudos to you and the team, John!!!

Only giving one star cuz zero is not an option! Monthly fees keep going up, nobody ever answers the phone and the amount of bums that hang in the area is very concerning. Getting my stuff the heck outta this place. Never again!

This is by far the best storage unit in town as it relates to customer service and affordability. Throughout my year-or-so long contract, the staff here has always gone above and beyond. I highly recommend this public storage facility in particular if you are in the need anytime soon.

We have had our company storage unit here for approx. 6 months and have had nothing but great service! The site manager John is extremely helpful and went above and beyond when one of our employees broke off a key in our storage lock. John was able to remove the broken key from the lock, and saved us from having to cut the lock off. Thank you John and public storage for being so great to us!

This location is conveniently less than 5 minutes from our work which makes it a breeze to store our extra equipment. Quick and responsive employees that will check on you to make sure everything is going well and are more then willing to help. Easy access at any time with the gate. The manager John runs this location great! Wish I could give more than 5 stars because I have always had a positive experience at this storage.

These people are crooked. Let someone rob my storage and now trying to charge me a months fee when it was already empty srom being broken into. The nerve of these people!

Awful. Our company is across the street and so it's convenient to store stuff there, but ... they will systematically and repeatedly jack your rates up outrageously (each raise is 30%+), apparently counting on their customers to be too lazy to move their stuff once stored, and the "customer service" is all on their terms - one hoop after another to jump through, and they always require you to show up in person to do anything. We're pulling all our business. Too bad - doesn't seem like simple self-storage should be such a painful thing?

Brand new to the place so all I can say is that it is clean. No carts to help you move your items. Only complaint is, why do I have to take their insurance at 15.00 per month for a measly 5k pplicy

Great communication with property manager. Clean, well organized space. Multiple layers of security to protect one's possessions.

Russell provided extra help and was very kind to me which was really appreciated. PS is clean and safe for all my belongings.

They took care of my stuff very well. Will go back if I need to.

They have some huge units as well as smaller climate controlled units. Many workers and craftsman store their things here so if you are moving and need renovations on your new home in San Antonio you might find your future contractors lol. Limited semi truck access, only the beginning units can be accessed be a semi trailer directly.

Need extra storage space but don't want to yard sale your things. Maybe a place to store your equipment tools for work or business. I recommend public storage. I have a 10 by 15 and recently got another one for my business(Makereadys Maintenance and More). They have monthly deals or rates for new customers. Never know might be the best way to solve your clutter situation?

Got a GREAT deal on my first months rent here. Russell is friendly and gives the best customer service!
