I was pleasantly surprised when Adriana called me to set me up for my storage unit. We did everything over the phone, so I didn’t have to go in today, which would’ve been very inconvenient. She answered all of my questions and I have to say she has such a good phone presence that makes you comfortable renting from public storage on Huebner. So far so good!
Very convenient location and storage unit sizes. Good customer service, management is on top of making sure it's users are satisfied with the service.
Someone used a drill to try and break into our unit. Now we can't even open the unit door
Since there is no one on the premises, we have tried all the numbers to contact Public Storage manager for the area but it all leads to voicemails.
They're supposed to be working as per their schedule but we just get there recording as if they're closed.
Stored my daughters stuff from college very affordable.

He helped me get my lock to work and helped me make my payment and explained in detail to me about the upcoming updating project that will affect my unit on June 15. He helped me establish a good preparation plan for covering my contents to keep them from getting dust and paint on them during the renovations.

I rent a unit here and it's a great facility. The staff are friendly, the grounds are clean, the prices are fair, and the app is fantastic! The manageress, Terri, has been very helpful whenever I have needed information and she is also very personable.
Ms. Sandy is the saving grace for this location. JOHN on the other hand is not. This man has made me cry, stood watching me while I was in my unit, it made me so uncomfortable I had to leave. His vibe as woman makes me feel unsafe. This man has bullied me. I don't know if this is because I am a women or a POC, either way there is a problem. I have expressed this to management with no response. If JOHN is at this location, women beware, beacuse management will not do anything about him. The only reason for the 3 stars is only because he is still at this location. If he wasn't the location would get 5 stars.
Sandi was very helpful in showing us the units that were available and answering our questions. She is one of nicest persons I have encountered at Public storage.
Sandi is the best! Have had some issues and they haven't really had a manager lately. Sandi walked by my unit the other day and asked how things were going. I was honest with her about my frustrations. She said she would make a call and get some answers for me. To my surprise, Sandi not only followed up, she got a solution! What a welcome relief.
Have stored here for several years. Recently there has not been an office manager. Was super happy to meet Sandi. She has been very responsive and helpful. Glad they finally have someone who is reliable.
I would love to give Sandy a big shout out!! :) She help me an all kinds of ways by changing the information by giving me the paperwork that was needed to be done, she also was able to change the code to the gate for me. Even though she had only be on the job for a couple of days she was wonderful. So THANK YOU SANDY :):)

Had our storage unit broken into. Office manager said we needed to come see what was stolen to file a police report but they were NEVER there during their office hours. A note stating when they would be back would have been helpful as we tried to visit 3 times. Did not answer our phone call either.
