We have been using Public Storage for years. The only claim we have is that for some time there was a glitch in the key pads that made entering the building impossible. It took some days to get this resolved. Other than that we’ve received excellent service. Donna is always happy to help and always makes her self available for anything you need.

Moved out before July 2023. This is a San Antonio kiosk branch so mgmt office is none existent during move out. But, I posted online that my move out was July 30th. However, got called morning of August 5th that I owe August rent. Informed caller that space was left empty by end of July. But caretaker listed me leaving on that same day August 5th and that I owe August balance. Reported this branch to HQ as fraud charges. Found out Public Storage price was greatly going up later.
Glad I transfered to a cheaper but better storage unit location just in time!
Poor Customer service. Had appt for 930 am no one in office. Called and lady stated they were out on property. No one came to office to assist until 1 hour later and not only that come to find out it was a lie. No one was on property. They had someone come from across the street to help. To have to wait and hour after appointed time is not acceptable as people have things to do
Manager, employees are never in office, nor on the property. This happens every time your payment is due, thus you aquire the eminent late fees. I've lost my own storage unit at the location off of Fredericksburg road due to terrible management time management so forth from property the property. The sad thing was they were items that my children made me from when they were young 12 years old 10 years old so forth clothing that could not be not be replaced due to my children would give me a cold or I am taller than the average lady and it's hard to find my size and some things I bought from Goodwill and so forth. Many of other personal items were lost. Priceless. Not do to me not trying the utmost to make my payments and talk to management and try to make arrangements they were never there they would never answer the phone but the time the late fees kept recurring I couldn't afford it and they sold it all for auction for $10 what a slap in the face secondly my boyfriend has to go and get a storage unit himself there with a few little things that I have left in there as well that he put into his storage same situations going on pretty sad they are never there they never take the payment some people do not have online paying they just it's a horribly run place and they take advantage of that the situation
I am beyond pleased with my experience the past two days I’ve never had to get a storage unit before but when I tell you I was taken care of from the moment I walked in the store. Even seeing the way they interacted with other customers. They have great customer service skills. Now let me start with Jill she went above and beyond herself to make sure my reservation was the one that I wanted I was able to view it before moving in and when it wasn’t quite what I wanted she made the process to change the unit so simple. Definitely recommend going here for all your move in needs….

I had a pleasant and positive experience dealing with Tere at Public Storage on 8726Fredericksburg Rd. She was super friendly and engaged me as soon as I walked in the door. She answered all my questions and has a great Sense of humor. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Good employees are hard to come by these days. She seemed happy to help me and I thought she deserved at least a good review. I'm renting a unit from them next month when I move to store my extra furniture. Tere was able to show me what version of units available on an ipad and quote me on each unit available. An overall fun and easy experience.
