I came in for a quote and Thelma was very helpful, she answered all my questions and was very polite. Update 4/14/23, I've had my storage unit for several months now and it's been very good so far, I've had no problems at all, very helpful staff.
Update 5/51/24, I've had my storage for a couple of years now and it's been a pleasure, my rent increased but Thelma was able to get it decreased for a bit which really helps me out. Thank you.
Update 9/11/24- I still have the same storage unit and it's been great, Thelma and the rest of the staff are always helpful and friendly.

I had initially gave this place 1 star because of a refund issue that went on for awhile, but after getting in touch with Holly, the district manager I give them 5 stars. Holly was extremely professional and understood my frustration. She rectified the issue within 48 hours and even called me back afterwards to make sure my account was credited. Kudos to Miss Holly. Office is usually closed and it is very difficult to locate an employee to help. They will answer your online reviews quicker than provide live person help.
I appreciate the $1.00 for the 1st month. But when we can not get In touch with the people that are supposed to be working, it is disturbing to say the least. We were at the storage unit approximately at 9:30 am. No one in the office, no one would answer the door bell. Does not say much for your service. Fred Bartell
When u call the number, all numbers go to a central call center customer service. 1 out of 5 today were absolutely awful. One lady even asked me who my mother was talking to, guess she could hear my mother on the phone and thought my mom was calling customer service as well, this lady demanded to know who my mom was talking to and I said that is none of your business. She said Yes it is my business and then we had a few words. Based on these alone I would have given Public storage in general NO stars if I could. However, the saving grace is Thelma, property manager. She is so sweet and professional. She has excellent people skills and is so helpful! Only because of her did I give it a 5 and would recommend to a friend!

Thelma has been such an angel. I became my father’s caregiver last year and needed to move his belongings to a place nearby. She provided a lot of information, very kind and encouraging words during the stressful moves and great caring customer service.

Visited today 11/26 and had been working g with Thelma who was off, and Dezi was there. She not only was highly skilled to help me, but at the same time she was able to help THREE other customers all with different and difficult issues. She was a rock star today. This level of customer service should never be replaced by the bottom line, its just not worth it as a company competing for someone in the storage market.
If you need great service and the best price for your storage needs, this is the place to go.
