They have the absolute worst management in history of any storage facility I’ve ever been to If there is a problem with payment or your account they will let your storage rot and get sold to auction before they fix the issue the nice associate Rachel who runs the facility has been trying to help me get this taken care of and management will not give neither of us a call back the system is stating no payment has been made when there has and they have stacked late fees along with lien fees on the account and it’s ridiculous I would not rent here

They don't tell you about hidden fees, the app never works to get into the storage. It's just inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend them.at all. Manager on site not helpful.

I have always paid my bills on time. I first signed up on 7/2022 for their smallest unit, which was $30.00 monthly. A few months later, they bumped it up to $43.00, then months later, $52.00, then a few months later, $69. I “got lucky” because I complained, and they agreed not to increase it for at least three months. Now, next month? $91.00. That means a 300%+ increase in rent in less than two years. They can not even suggest that they do this to clients to up their stock price, which is down 18% since I rented. They are exploiting the fact that I have very personal items in the unit and am not currently in the state. Otherwise, I would take my stuff and go elsewhere. 300%+ increase in less than two years. Let that sink in for a minute, then ask yourself, can you trust this company? Going from paying $360.00 a year to over $1,000.00 is truly insane. It should be illegal for them to exploit renters like this, but when someone finally gets fed up and leaves, they just start the process all over again, exploit as long as they can, then rinse and repeat. Very nice people, really, so long as you do not mind getting screwed in the process. Stay clear of public storage.

I have RAT POOP all over my unit!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! To talk to anyone there you have to make an appointment, even if someone is there on site. Makes no sense. They haven’t done anything to fix the problem or called us back! We also have to clean it up ourselves smh.

No one ever in the office. No signs up. Can't get anyone to replace my lock. This place is a waste of time.

You have to be out of their gate before 9:00 p.m. or the alarm will set off. Not by 9:00 p.m. before 9:00 p.m. most of the time you don't get discounts if you're a previous customer.
