I have never been a customer, of this company. They continue to call me , stating they are looking for James. I am not James. I spoke with Miranda, and Jessica on separate occasions. Both assured me they wouldn't call me back. They continue to call. I asked to not be called. I already filed a complaint with the attorney general and with the BBB. the next step will be civil litigation.

Do not use Public Storage. They started my rate at $129/month and over 2 years they raised it to $272 for a 10x10. When I asked why they say the match ran estate inflation. This was 100% increase. I asked what a new customer pays today and they said $132. I asked if I could cancel and be a new customer and try said yes but I would have to move to a different unit, which I did. There are so many good reviews on here because when you are a new satisfied customer they send a link and ask you to post a good review. But overtime they will raise your rates and start over with new customers.

I have been a client of public storage for about two years now and I have had times to where I was almost about to loose my precious things for good. TINA has been there for me and has helped me by keeping me up to date with my balances and making sure that I know what's happening with my belongings. I really appreciate all the staff especially (Tina)... Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable even with knowing I could loose my things at any moment. I wanted to comment on the great service from Alan at Publc Storage. We were on a waitlist for a specific unit and Alan was very proactive in following up with me when the unit became available and helping me through the process of reserving the unit. There are a lot of storage places out there. Great service by someone like Alan is a differentiator.

She had an answer to every single question I had for her. Great customer service, Clean units, cheap prices

Horrible place. Never gave me the gate access code (wasn't in the app either), had to keep attempting to contact their text customer service because there are no managers onsite or phone call service, and even the customer service text agent disconnected me 3 times before I got a response. Finally got a gate code, then I got my unit that had a jammed lock. Tried everything to get in. Asked customer service for another unit and they said no because I already had rented the original unit - so they were going to make me pay for something I couldn't even access and no chance for refund. I asked for manager assistance and the best they could do was set up an all day window 2 days from my rental start date. That day came and I was never contacted by the storage manager. Resorted to having to bring a hammer with me to unjam the lock since I'm paying nearly $200 a month for this thing. Finally got in the unit and there's an insane amount of crickets in the unit at all times. And every time I come back to the unit to get things out, it is a whole ordeal with the hammer trying to unstick the lock EVERY time. Must have got a dud unit or this place is just this bad - and their customer service is even worse. Do not recommend AT ALL.

My experience with Public Storage started out rocky but Alan gave over 5 stars service. He went over and beyond of helping me get a storage size to fit my sons small car. He also was kind and patient enough to help me out when I could not get int the storage space. Instead of talking me through it he actually walked to where I was located to assist. This is what you call quality customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a clean and professionally ran location to store their property.

Manager Alen is always friendly, he definitely makes the process easy and it's clear he likes his job, which is nice. The location is clean and well lit, restroom is clean and there is a store next door with nice cold water (and additional restroom option), if needed.

Scammed me out of money, refuse to return it, can't get a hold of anyone. Just rent some place local (a mom and pop's place), the people here are not particularly helpful or easy to get a hold of. I spoke with Allen on the phone, he was very nice. Even though I already had locks, he let me know that if I booked online (rather than in person) the lock charge would be automatic and that I would have to return my locks to get that charge refunded. That was fine. Then, when I go to return my locks, Jen immediately gets hostile with me and refuses to accept them. She said it was her personal policy to not return locks, not necessarily the company's. Then she tells me that I needed to return my locks within 1 hour of opening my unit. Then, she tells me it's actually 1 day, and finally she says that you have 14 days to return locks. Another girl working there told me that you had 30 days to return locks. Allen didn't give any time frame, only that they had to be returned. But obviously everyone here is just making up whatever they want. Jen claimed it was a security issue if I didn't return the lock within 1 day. Well, you could easily have a key copied in about 20 minutes at the hardware store, so 1 day, 1 month, or 1 year doesn't make any difference. In any case, I tried to return on days 28, 29 and 30, but NO ONE WAS THERE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Jen wouldn't take them, the next day a nice lady said Jen wouldn't let her take them, but Allen would be there the next day and I could return them to him, so I stopped by and called multiple times, no answer, no one there, no returning my messages. :( It was easy to get a hold of them when I was opening my account and giving them my money, but now that I'm closing it.....I can't get in contact with anyone there.

Rude customers. Someone stole my item and did not want to give it back. It is in the cameras as well. Customer service is bad they don’t waive late fee. They keep increasing your lease. System is rude and useless! They let some people park their cars inside close units. There is a trailer occupies drive way for 2 months no action made. It depends on your race/ ethnicity and name for their approach.
