I recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage Louis Henna Blvd, and I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. They took the time to explain the different unit sizes and prices, helping me choose the perfect fit for my needs.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. The ground-floor units are a bonus, eliminating the need to navigate stairs or elevators.
The prices are competitive, and the first-month-$1 special was a nice surprise. The online reservation process was seamless, and the staff was available to answer any questions I had during the rental process.
What impressed me most, however, was the attention to detail and customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the rental agreement and answered all my questions.
Overall, I highly recommend Public Storage Louis Henna Blvd to anyone in need of storage solutions.
4 stars for the business but 5 stars for the service. Let me preface this by saying that the staff at these places do not set pricing, that comes from corporate and the staff are not informed when things change so it is of no fault on their part. I initially secured my unit prior to our current state of inflation; at that time it was around $250/month for a 20x20. Fast forward to now and I am paying $462/month for the same unit. We no longer have the amount of things in our unit as we used to so I called in to switch to a new, smaller (and cheaper) unit. Enter Olga. Olga walked me through the process of reserving a new unit, advised me of the nuances of reserving online and cancelling our old unit vs doing a transfer from one to the other and the pros and cons of each process. Olga was very transparent about the ins and outs of both processes and made what could have been a very confusing issue into a very clear and easy solution, and had an amazing attitude throughout. In the last 2 years I have never had any issues with the facility, accessing my belongings, damage, or staff. The place is always clean, I feel like my belongings are safe, and I can access them when I have a need to. Just be aware that your pricing is not set in stone and the staff is not given a choice or a heads up when it changes.

EDIT: Once again, Ms. Lucy took care of us. We had an issue with our card on file - we'd had to get a new one due to a fraudulent charge - and she gave us a heads-up when our Auto-Pay didn't go through, and then got our new card on file when I came into the office. The web site wouldn't let me update the card, so I drove up to Public Storage, and Lucy took care of the issue with a smile and a great customer service demeanor.

I went to this storage facility for the first time and got lost. Luckily a helpful lady named Lucy helped me find the right location and even lead me directly toward my new storage locker.
We have been renting space here for two years. Never have had issues with the unit. We were debating moving due to price fluctuations throughout the years. However, Today we had the pleasure of meeting Ms Lucy. She’s knowledgeable, caring, professional, and most importantly personable. Employees like this make dealing with a big company worth it.
I recently called the storage to ask questions about my unit and happened to speak with Ms. Lucy where she was very helpful with assisting me I had many questions and she took the time to listen to me to understand what my need was. She is very knowledgeable about the units, pricing and gave helpful suggestions. I liked how she asked me questions to make sure I had a full understanding of what I was looking for and to ensure that I understood how she explained the process to me. She was very kind and pleasant to talk to, she made sure that I wasn't stressed as I was before I called. I am glad that I had the chance to speak with her and was able to gain a better understanding of what I needed to do.
Units are clean and never had issues the time we were there. Also, great service! Olga is always so welcoming and helpful!!

One star is only for the high rates Public Storage as a company charges customers, high frequent rate hikes and the high humidity our items are exposed to for an indoor storage facility that should be non existant for the rates charged.

Don't do it. Look elsewhere. My bill changed from $65 to $218 on the second month, increasing by 335%! Rent isn't prorated. If you move in on the
11th, move out on the 11th, you've to pay for the whole month or they'll take you to collections to ruin your credit. It's a complete ripoff! And beware of bogus charges. Inspect your bill. I paid for 44 days for no reason at all.

I had trouble with the initial confirmation and checkout for my storage unit. I received a call from Miss Lucy that morning and she got it set up on her side so it would accept my payment.
She was pleasant and a big help!, I thought I was going to have to call customer service but she called me, and took care of it quickly. This definitely saved me from making a trip in-person into the Public Storage office just to finish the reservation.

absolutely appalling customer service from the female on her 60’s working around 1/2pm 04/8/24! I was accused of loitering simply for being on my phone while on a call with my apartment management jeopardizing my application and screening with her false accusations! That was harassment through and through from the employee with too much time on her hands.. and the lack of professionalism baffled me . the other time she mentioned, I needed to finalize other things on my phone because I don’t drive and text/call. Despite explaining that I rent a unit there since I needed to take care of something after my call, the employee couldn't care less and demanded I leave. So I wasted gas to move and then come back to do what I needed to do in my unit . The parking lot is dirty and area feels unsafe without a gate, you find condoms as you exit the car so who knows what kind of people go there.. Zero professionalism. I am not looking to rent any further on here and stopping my business soon. I’m done with that kind of insult from an employee and I will take it to corporate

So I "upgraded" my unit to a larger one and the access system was giving me some grief. I went to the rep office and this lovely woman, Lucy(I believe that was her name) took care of everything. She was so friendly I felt like I was talking to somebody I've known for years. The absolute best customer service I've received in a very long time!

Booked a 10x17 unit today. Almost $120 cheaper than where I'm at now, AND it's climate controlled. I spoke with Jenn, 12/10 customer service. Wish she was staying but she's leaving in a week. But she gave me her word the person taking the reigns is just as capable.

Being able to provide amazing customer service and understanding of my concerns and finding a hassle free resolution for me. It is easy to use, my furniture was still nice when I picked them up, and the auto draft worked great for me. The staff is ok, but sometimes seems like they work against you instead of wanting to help you... maybe a little indirect attitude.

Ms dawn and kizzy were extreme blessings and very understanding to my situation I lost the keys to my unit and they were able to work things out for me so that I could still leave with my belongings I signed a paper for the bolt cutter guy and the locks got snipped ! Thanks for making things stress free

Nobody in office when needed. All carts are in building A so building B customers can't use them. Very very inconvenient for the amount I pay to use this place per month. Looking for a new storage company.

I got a space here after selling my home. Less than a year later, my storage space went from $215 to $385 per month. That’s almost double!! I moved out of state, so I couldn’t just go and move my stuff, so needless to say, I’ve lost everything and they could care less. I looked at another public storage right around the corner from them, and it was $175 for the same exact size, so it wasn’t an increase in price all over. Their “updated terms” was just a ploy to try to justify them almost doubling my contract price and caused the events of losing everything I had including furniture from my mother who’s passed away from cancer. I wouldn’t recommend this place as they are definitely scammers. The hey don’t even deserve a star to be perfectly honest with you.

I've been renting from this facility for about 6 years now. I always receive great customer service and the facilities are clean and well kept. I recently ran into a billing issue with my unit that I needed help with. I came into the office and I believe it was Lyn who I worked with and she got it resolved so quickly and had such a positive attuited the whole time. The property manager Jen is also always so helpful. Though they could use some post it notes around the office I will not hold that against them. Thanks for providing a well maintained and positive staff at this location.

I rented a unit today but before finishing my online agreement, I had a bunch of questions to ask and wanted to see the unit. I've been to some rusty, dirty storage places and wanted to make sure they kept up the property. Jenn answered all my questions with patience and a smile while training a new employee Breanna.
They walked my kid and I up to our unit, showed us exactly what to do at the doors and elevator and continued to be incredibly friendly and professional. They waited for me patiently while I finished the online registration and made sure I knew my unit number and access code. I'm really happy so far and had a fantastic experience. Thank you Jenn and Breanna. Y'all are amazing.
Great service and LORI was phenomenal with customer service and knowledge of rates and contractual questions. She answered all my questions and was very honest and genuine. This facility is VERY, VERY clean. They keep it nice, ALSO she went out of her way to find me a cart. I feel safe at this location due to the codes and MANY, MANY cameras on site!!!!! Thank you Lori!

Este lugar cada día te cobra más y menos servicio .en mi espacio apena habían luces pero eso si son muy buenos para cada rato subirte el precio de tu espacio .yo decidí cerrarlo y no lo recomiendo vas a estar pagando y pagando y ellos no tienen ni luces que sirvan en los espacios .además de que vas y te quejas y no lo arreglan no lo recomiendo para nada

This storage unit is nice. It’s usually full which may be why the prices are competitive. The manager Jenn is extremely helpful. She’s always cleaning the property and talking to the renters. She deserves a raise!

We spent about 12 months at this unit and it was a clean and well secured storage facility. Move in was nice and easy (and contactless) and payments are easy through the app or website. Move out usually requires 2 days notice. The person in the front desk (shout out to LUCY) was amazing and personable. She helped make the move out process easy and quick. She was very professional and helpful!
