Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 7501 Baker Blvd, Richland Hills, TX

Latricia the Property Manager was very professional when I came in to pay for my mothers storage from another location, she greeted me right away and assisted me, I mentioned we had gotten a rent increase and was needing a smaller unit but she said let me see if I can get that increase back down “She said (No Promises) but doesn’t hurt to try, she worked her magic and I got a 3 month extension back down to the previous rent. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. If my mother’s unit wasn’t at the other location I’d definitely would be renting here! Thanks again Latricia

Public Storage on 7501 Baker Blvd. I was pleasantly greeted by the property manager by the name of Latricia. She was very professional and kind. She went beyond making me comfortable and she was very knowledgeable when it come to her property and units. Come May I will be renting from her once my house sales and we begin construction on my new home. Latricia is a great aspect to Public Storage!

I went to view the storage units at Public Storage at 7501 Baker Blvd. And was greeted by the property manager Latricia Kerr which she was very Professional and Knowledgeable and truly cares about her job and takes pride in the property she works at! I will definitely be renting from her in the next month once we close on our house sale! There needs to be more people like Latricia that takes pride in their work and goes beyond what their asked and to make sure the customer leaves happy and satisfied with their experience! Great Job Latricia!

Sorriest storage. Lock on my storage after 3 days. Homeless ppl live here, dont feel safe some look.like druggies for months. Manger never answers the phone I will be going extra space storage soon. I hate this company they do 30$ if your late, raise my rates been here for months pos company and management. I only hope are not fooled by using these idiots in Richland Hills Texas. Place is trash, they don't fix nothing I'd say look at photos but guess they reported them being exposed that I'm not just an angry tenant, it's true. Don't see how you got the stars you have must paid ppl to give them to you.

It's been a while since I have had to get a storage unit and I will tell you that either public storage itself has came a long way for this location or the property management has taken pride in their or here job. I believe I spoke with Sara on the phone and shortly after went to the property for a scheduled appointment to do a walk around and even see if it would be somewhere I am interested in keeping my belongings. Turns out I'm very interested. One last thing whoever the woman is that pretended that she owned the place with her rude and unacceptable remarks almost lost me as a customer for Sara. I sure am glad she did a follow up call with me to schedule that visit and get me in the door. I was starting to think of buying a portable unit at home Depot and I know that would have been a pain in the neck. Thank you public storage and thank you so very much Sara. I hope I never have to deal with the other lady in my life!!! This should have been posted over a month ago sorry for the delay in response being a business man is fast paced

This location is absolutely amazing! The manager Donnetta was so kind, helpful and mmade my experience wonderful.... I was with them for about 2hrs and had ZERO issue... All my stuff was safe and unharmed from the weather and anything else. I HIGHLY recommend this location mainly because of Donnetta.... Thanks Pubic Storage!!!

Go to a different storage. The staff is worse than the neighborhood.

I never emagined that renting a storage unit would be so difficult. It has proven to be a huge mistake and inconvenience. I drove approximately 60 miles to rent a unit at a Richland Hills location. I found no one at the office when I arrived and my code would not work. When I attempted to fix the problem just to get charged the first month's rent a second time. Being a single father going to.college and working i need my money. I still have not been successful in retrieving the 2nd payment. The managment here is very unattentive and seem to care very little. When I finally got the code to work I got to the unit and it was nasty. No lock and I ended up having to leave the unit unlocked for the night leaving my things exposed. I am not impressed oressed at all with public storages. When my rental is up for renewal I will definitely go elsewhere.

Good hours nice staff clean. Good lighting. Cost is a little high but guess that's what it takes for the security.
