Tristan and Brandy are amazing. They were super helpful, friendly and accommodating when we downsized units. Rarely leave reviews but got to give credit where credit is due!

Today is Sept 4, 2024. I closed my storage unit at 3940 W. Plano Pkwy. A young gentleman, the site manager, assisted me. I have nothing but praise for his helpfulness, honesty, and demeanor. Truly the experience was an unexpected breath of fresh air. Public Storage, you are lucky to have him!

Tristan was great and super helpful. I came right before closing due to work & he was so nice and helped me find the right unit for me! Definitely recommend him! Note to management about the actual facility Please fix the elevator noise, please fix the other elevator thats out & a cleanup cart would be nice. There was dirt, papers and the inside of the elevator was wet which could’ve caused someone to slip.

The absolute WORST!!! No one is EVER at this place! So frustrating… I hate it

They will tell you over the phone anything, however, that is not the case. I was told I could access this unit at any time whether it is staff staffed. I found out that this was false information upon arrival with all of my things. I will be canceling my contract tomorrow and demanding my money back. This is bad business, to promise one thing, and not be able to deliver even that. Edit: they are NEVER there. No one ever answers the phone. Customer service can’t get ahold of the staff, the manager, or the DM…. They want me to pay for my services, but I can’t get ahold of anyone to try and pay.. I’m not paying a dime until I have someone call me to resolve this issue.

I had a really stressful experience and Loma was a lifesaver! She’s sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely my go to person at Public Storage.

Sucks!!!!

I was looking for a nice reasonably priced unit and location. I had tried the public storage up the street but they over priced their smallest units at 45 and up. This lead me to keep looking and it lead me to Ms. Loma and this location. Ms. Loma was very welcoming and she cares about the person not just getting money. She actually wants you to get the best service for your buck unlike the competitors. I was stressed when I came to her,she quickly calmed my worries with the dollar move in, and the 5 by 5 for only 29 a month. I am now saving so much money thanks to Ms. Loma and her genuine care to serve the public and their needs. I quickly moved it and I haven't regretted since. Best decision ever. I recommend this location and Ms. Loma to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming storage unit to trust to hold your personal belongings. It's very nice and clean at this site as well, I feel very safe. Thank you Ms. Loma for your help and professionalalisim. Again she is not trying to get over on you but service your needs at the best cost and bargain in town. This is the one people, you would be crazy not to come here for your storage needs. Loma is very friendly. She is very informative. The only complaint I would have which has nothing to do with her. I think this facility should have a gate around it.

CAUTION!!! The initial advertised price by Public Storage doesn’t reflect the price you’ll actually end up paying! My monthly rate increased by over $60 in less than 3 months of renting. I discovered the units are now being advertised for less than what I initially paid. Seems like they lure you in with a lower price and then raise it once you’ve moved in. It's morally questionable and exploits the expensive nature of moving. With the high costs involved in relocating, it's evident they're aware most customers will simply comply and pay the increased fees.

Absolutely awful location. The outside doors and the elevators are constantly broken, the inside has trash everywhere, and there's never anyone in the office. Save your money, go somewhere else.

The elevators don’t work and haven’t been inspected. We had a difficult time moving. We had to use the stairs.

Very clean & well maintained

My son rented a 10x10 online at Plano Parkway location in Plano TX. Office hours posted online is 8am . We arrived at 8:30 am office closed. We rented 1st Floor unit , which is really in the basement. Very deceptive. 3rd floor is ground level. Elevator didn't work. We walked down to 1st floor. It took forever to locate the unit. Another customer said to us hope your unit isn't on the back wall, of course it was. She informed us they has a major water pipe burst and all those units flooded. You could see the water stains. We immediately left. We rented at another storage unit. We called to get a refund, they told us that it was paid 1 month in advance and we couldn't get a refund when we never took possession of the unit. We informed them we know about the leak and was told well there's no water now! It's been 100 degrees for weeks and heat and water lead to mole. This is the worst place DO NOT RENT HERE..BEWARE!!! I'm required to leave a star rating if I could I give it a negative 10+

Horrible experience renting from this location. No one is ever at the front desk!!!! I was charged a rent increase barely 4 months and they can just increase it apparently for no reason! They don't staff this location and they will increase your rent without saying anything!! Don't rent form here

Facilities are nice. Too bad they are LOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS without a sign!!! No one at the desk either. Knocking won’t work. You can’t get any help even though they’re open with no one to be found!!! Looks like someone isn’t doing their job!! Feels great knowing if you have a major problem, no one is manning the security video and no one can answer your call even if they’re open and you’re ON-SITE. You might consider another facility if you expect the office to be OPEN and people to be WORKING during business hours.

Beware of this place , your stuff isn’t secure or safe . The employees break into your storage and act like they don’t know what’s going when you try to file a complaint. Storage unit always paid on time and they cut the locks and broke in and stole my father in law’s stuff. Horrible place to store your stuff. Very disrespectful.

Lady behind the counter did an excellent job answering my questions and concerns. This place is clean and appears well maintained compared to other places. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.

The ladies on-site were so helpful and knowledgeable. I had tried to finalize my online rental by calling a central phone number but got transferred several times and three different answers so I wnt to the site on Plano Parkway. The ladies in the office quickly straightened my account out, showed me around and explained what would happen next. These two made me a happy customer.

The management here has no desire to assist or help. I didn't receive all of my credit on my account when it was bought by Public Storage. They won't help me online and told me that only management can fix the issue. Management just ignores my emails and never returns phone calls. I wouldn't recommend this location. This was my review before it was bought by Public Storage: Great facility that is clean and organized. Selling point is the set price increases with no unexpected surprises after a few months. I called 10 places and none of them would give me a straight answer. This was my initial reason for choosing this location. But after talking with Tyler and then finishing my setup with Robert, I am very pleased that this was my choice. They are both super friendly and helpful.

Bought out Storage360 (which was amazing). They jacked up my rent and stopped accepting pkgs. I moved out

I’ve had a first floor unit less than one month. The site had construction work done in the office. When I came to get something out of the unit today there was mortar dust all over my things, including old electronic devices, rug, dishes. I spoke to two women and asked for the manager and she didn’t even identify herself as the manger. The two employees that I saw didn’t even offer paper towels or any help except a corporate number. All they said was “it was over our stuff too” and walked away. They probably haven’t even notified other clients. There wasn’t even paper towels in the bathroom to wash hands after the occupational hazard.
