She helped me to understand the options and choices I had with the storage units, what to consider when selecting a unit, and how to plan for what I might
need to get things rolling for my move.
I felt like I had my own personal assistant, when it came to getting things set up, and advice on boxes, clothing containers, etc that I might need to purchase to make my storage spacing efficient, and to keep my belongings in good shape through the time they would be in storage.
Maria is by far the most professional and efficient that I've deal with yet! In summary, she is very informative, helpful and she's downright funny! I like working with Public Storage just because of working with Maria ...

I love this location , It’s super easy to find and super easy to get in and out with the app. I sold some of my items in storage on marketplace and the person purchasing tried to rip me off . An awesome employee named Mary helped call authorities and document the situation . She was on top of it right away. Also friendly and helpful. I Definitely feel like my belongings are well protected. And the staff is A+ . My unit is also climate controlled , but I don’t have to go through elevators or stairs . All of them are ground level so that’s a plus too. Very happy here .

She gave me a warning instead of evicting me and was polite but assertive which I appreciate because it makes me feel comfortable knowing she keeps an eye on this place assuring our stuff is safe and secure as best she can . They offer a 10x10 and provided 8x10 and called that an approximate size. No, that's 20% less space. They made it right by charging me the same for a 10x15 but the room was 10x12. My 2nd month was supposed to be free and I just got the bill for the month. Also, I kept having to get the gate code "refreshed." It wouldn't surprise me if it doesn't work when I go back. It's not the worst, but it's been sloppy customer service.
We vacated our unit on the 2nd and requested a pro rated month for the remainder of September. I thought there was a 3 day grace period. Miranda the manager tried to help and we ultimately spoke with the district manager Rick Olg. He agreed to help us waive our fee and I am grateful. Rick is the example of a good manager and I would recommend Public Storage to anyone with storage needs.

Ms. Lucy is the best. It's only been 2 months and I already lost the keys to my unit. I called and spoke to Ms. Lucy and she was a breath of fresh air! They have a monthly "unlocking" process they go through and fortunately, I timed my lost key call with their unlocking process AND I didn't need to access my unit immediately. She called me back confirming that she had prepared the paperwork I needed to complete and set aside a new lock that I needed to purchase. All I have to do is go in there before Friday (the lockout day) to take care of the paperwork and they'll do the rest. This was such a help and relief. Soon after I arrived to clean out my unit Ms. Lucy made sure all my needs were met upon moving out with a warm & sweet smile & greeting. I had no problems at this location & thank you Ms Lucy with having such a positive attitude & all the help. I really appreciate it!
Lucy gave me a call back which I didn't expect ! Just to see if what I just purchased was good enough. After realizing it wasn't she corrected it for me in a hurry, which was unexpected because of the POOR service now-adays. Thank you in this time of need to LUCY. MY FAMILY appreciates it.
I love the way they raised the rent without notice. When I called they said they sent a certified letter, I informed them that I never got a letter and I would love to see a delivery verification they said they don't need to provide one. It's time to find a new location.

I walked in 5-10 mins before closing after a very stressful day. I hate having to do that as I know as an employee at closing time I’m ready to go, but I needed a storage urgently. Kizzy was amazing and even though she was getting ready to close, she helped me throughout the whole process. She also helped me find the best deals and advised me on the size of the storage. I’ve been to a lot of storage places trying to find what works for me, starting with the customer service the lady that greets you, i believe her name was kizzy she was very helpful, very professional, and got straight to the point when I was trying to inquire about getting a storage, very kind as well.
The building itself looks very up to date, storages are nice and spacious and for a good price as well, whoever cleans does a great job, it’s spotless, definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice, clean, and spacious storage, the customer service is just a plus! 10/10!

Needed a storage unit in Pflugerville , the location of it is very easy and convenient to get to for me . Had an issue with getting inside the gate , entered my code in several times but did not go through. Had to go inside to speak with ( Adam ) about the access code not working and he was very nice and went above and beyond to fix the issue . I was then able to get inside with the resetting of the access code and was pleased with the rest of my move . I appreciate good customer service and business practices , which indeed they do have good customer service and maintain a professional attitude, I would recommend this storage company / location to anyone !
Very easy search and sign up on line. Did meet the property manager my first day. Very friendly and helpful. The main office was clean. Everything was waiting in my storage unit when I arrived. The storage unit and property itself was very clean also. Very happy with my experience.
I had a great experience working with Alan. We were having issues with our unit due to our fault losing keys, and he was understanding and accommodating in helping us gain access while also explaining policies and procedures. Very informative and very helpful

We got the storage unit in September of 2019 and each year right before March they change the price of the unit. Absolutely ridiculous. It went from forty something to now they want $63+ insurance rounding it up to $74. It’s a small unit as well. I’d think twice to store your stuff here. Especially if it’s going to take you some time to get back to it. I have a storage unit in AZ that I got in 2018 and it’s stayed the $35 this entire time. Public Storage is just greedy. But remember you’re a valued customer. Edit: They’re waiving the rental increase for three month. *insert eye-roll*
