Had a coupled temp storage unit for a few years at the Division St location in Arlington Texas. Easy access into facility and unit. Let them know I was no longer needing the unit and spoke with Samantha in the office who was very helpful closing this out. I highly recommend the facility.

If you download the app, you can automatically open the gate (provided you have a storage unit of course).
Having said that, God forbid you lose your key. They don't keep extras. So then it's about $100 for a locksmith to save you. Also, don't expect the front office to return calls, or much of anything else.
It can be stressful in, say, the middle of a difficult move, when you get a message from the app saying how much they appreciate your business when it's already quite clear that at this particular location they couldn't care less. Things like that just aggravate the $H!T out of me, but I suppose I have unreasonable expectations...yall decide.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. The place is clean on the outside and inside as you approach your storage, I liked how there's lighting that comes on as soon as you walk inside the storage.. I had a great experience and no tech issues with the gate for the 2 years I needed the storage and today I emptied it out!

Very Nice Place and The manger very nice and
have had the worst experience in Pantego, Arlington Texas. I’ve requested a District Manager call me 5 times through corporate and the property site with no return call. I’ve been over charged l, my free month was a prorated month which is not what was advertised. An accidental rental on my part at the wrong location online was charged a 29.99 admin fee with property refusing to refund for 2 hours. Samantha was not helpful at all and her boyfriend/ husband on FaceTime is apparently extremely important as she’s on there with him every time I come inside. Deneen was the only person willing to help me at the other Pantego property. You should be ashamed at the Management team you’ve employed. Being an employee of a Fortune 500 company these employees would never be on my team, shame on you Public Storage!
