Best public storage location I have had experience with. Toni was so helpful, extremely professional and very efficient in helping choose the right unit for me. This was my first time getting a storage unit, so Toni was incredible in guiding me through the process, answering questions I didn’t even know I had and anticipating my needs. 10/10 recommend!

After calling around to multiple locations, I went to visit this particular location due to its proximity to me. I was greeted by a VERY helpful young lady who informed me she's actually the property manager named Toni (sp?). She walked me through a few different units for comparison and let me know when I was ready to store, to come back to see her. And I definitely will!

A special shout out to Toni, the property manager, who was not only incredibly polite and helpful but also took the time to ensure I found the perfect storage unit for my needs. Toni made sure my sensitive items like paints and electronics would be kept in a cooled environment, which was a crucial factor for me. The storage unit itself was impeccably clean and ready for my move-in, making everything much easier. Plus, the readily available carts helped a lot with moving my items. Toni and the team are always ready to answer any questions, which adds so much to their great service. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a hassle-free storage solution with a personal touch!

Maurice helped me so much! I had a problem with the other location and calling customer service was such a pain. I was told the wrong business hours and when I got there, nobody was there. He helped me make a new account for my storage unit and went above and beyond.

Whoever that black guy is working the front desk right now is rude as hell and he don’t answer the phone. Bad attitude for sure.

Excellent experience!! Everyone we dealt with was knowledgable, helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person! When we came in person to rent our unit, Deneen was incredibly knowledgable and helped us make the best decision for our situation. She walked us to the available units, showed us everything, and patiently walked us through all the paperwork for the rental. This is a very clean and large facility with multiple inside climate controlled buildings. The first time I stopped by, Tony was also extremely kind and helpful! I highly recommend this facility! The online prices are cheaper and you can even do all the paperwork and payments on line and show up on moving day with a code to get to your unit it you're not able to go in person.

I went to the location on Park Row's drive to check out a unit and the pricing for that location. The front office was nice & clean, and it smelled really good also. Chrystanie was there and was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions that I had about the property and the rates. I plan on shopping around a little more, but her friendliness and willingness to help will definitely bring me back if the prices aren't great elsewhere.

If your moving and need storage this is an excellent place to go!
