We returned our lock on Nov. 5th in a ziplock bag with both keys with all of the info in the drop box...we have called and called and left sooooo many messages and nobody has returned our lock fee...to make things worse this location (like many other locations) are AUTOMATED....there is no real person to talk too! It's simply a KIOSK with absolutely difficult audio to hear!!! Plus good luck talking to the property manager (despite how many messages you leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) It's absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone if u have ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS....it's ALL AUTOMATED....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THIS LOCATION AND OF PUBLIC STORAGE!!!!! Please find a storage place with real people to deal with instead of public storage! I will NEVER and I mean NEVER use public storage again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Janise was very very nice.
The facility was in a convenient location for us and Ralph was very nice. I learned the number on their door is the number to call and actually speak with someone if you want a faster response.
The kiosk experience was very easy and the agent was very helpful.

The property security access is adequate and the climate control which was the main concern for me is acceptable compared to other facilities I have rented at. The door stop was broken when I moved in but they did fix it within a few weeks of reporting.

Nice facility and really nice staff before they converted the office to a self serve kiosk. The place is secure and clean. I gave 3 stars because of 2 things. First the AC in the climate controlled units don’t work well or they set the temp too high. I’ve had plastic items stuck together from the heat. Honestly I’d go outside to cool off while moving in. I’ve been to other facilities in the area and they felt cooler. The second is their prices. They get you in with a cheap rate and they tell you it’ll go up after 90 days, but after 90 days the price doubles then 6 months later it doubles again. They say it’s market price and depends on demand and availability. So demand goes up you raise the price, but why when the demand drops you still raise the price? I know it’s standard in this industry for prices to go up, but doubling every 6 months is way too much especially when you have a customer who’s been with you for a year none stop and continues to stay.
Clean storage area, Kiosk registration a little tricky. But thanks to Amelia, everything is clear and confirmed. Thanks again Amelia and

I’ve had a unit at this location for a good while now. The property is always well taken care of. Krista is amazing. I recently had a small personal issue and she helped me to get things taken care of. I highly recommend you talk to her for your storage needs.

This is a great location
Facility it great, Access is great. Unfortunately after having the unit for only 4 months they are increasing the rate by 43% ($78 to $111). I figured i would have year before that happened. Ill be moving to another storage.

I signed up for this unit in first quarter 2020 for $107 a month. Here we are in the 4th quarter looking at $265/mo starting 1st quarter for 2024 for a facility that has had zero improvements in 4yrs.
The gate stops working sometimes to the point that I’ve had to finagle my way into the facility through the personnel gate next to it.
My unit was NOT clean when I first got it.
The doors have not been wiped down in the 4yrs I have had my unit (that’s pitiful).
The staff, or former staff is never there and enforces wasteful “policies” such as putting stickers on customer owned/purchased locks claiming it’s for “safety” while there is missing locks on their electrical boxes (let’s talk about that safety aspect for a few minutes).
Pest droppings near unit.
Doors not secured.
No dumpster access.
2024 will be my last year with this establishment.
An absolute drop in quality and price hike since they took over!
I got this storage unit originally when it was under another brand.
They've increased my rate and pushed me to install a mobile app and they cut the AC to the units! They ruined my cigar collection I was aging in here.

Very impressed with the service we received! We set up an online reservation but wanted to go to the property and hopefully see the unit we were assigned. We arrived at the location not knowing it was a self-serve location. After speaking with a customer service representative at the kiosk, we noticed someone walking with a clipboard towards the front of the property. It turns out it was Donna who we had spoken to on the phone previously. She was extremely friendly and helpful, showed us to the unit we could rent, and helped us complete our reservation. She also ensured we were getting the best price based on the current promotions. She was very professional and knowledgeable and completed the transaction very efficiently!

This is the best storage unit facility I’ve used since I became old enough to have a job. We had units here twice in the last six years and not only have their prices been the best around both times, the customer service has been outstanding. Krista in the front has been a big help especially!

Donna was right there when I was having trouble opening the gate.
We’ve had our storage space for about 5 years now and have never once had any issues
Last week (Thursday the 13th of July 2023) we came to empty it and the lock was seized up… luckily Donna was there to save the day!! She helped us get it open and us into our storage unit and today we finished clearing it out!! We just want to thank Donna for the wonderful service she was amazing!!!

I have to share how nice it is to experience great customer service. Recently I went to the Public Storage location in League City on Columbia Memorial Parkway. I met a Site manager named Krista. She listened to my needs and questions and was very patient with me. There was no pressure to rent but offered many suggestions and thoughts for my storage needs. Too many times people do not have the time to listen, and my experience just through this interaction shows me that Public Storage truly wants to meet your needs as a customer.
This property is absolutely fantastic. Krista is an immaculate team member. She always makes it easy to complete the necessary work when I am here.

My husband and I used this facility for several months while we lived in league city temporarily. We never had any complaints. I appreciated that it wasn’t hardly ever busy. In all of our visits we saw maybe 5 people total, which is nice when you don’t have to fight over parking spots or anything.
The site manager Krista crushed it with our requests and went way above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Can’t thank her enough!!

Really irritating that the price of our unit has doubled in two years. Its not like they have to wait on goods or deliveries or would have shipping issues. Its a stagnant service in that it doesn't have to be replenished.

We have had a great experience storing our things here. As we were moving some things yesterday, the manager Krista, was very helpful and so sweet. We can’t afford the storage anymore, but she tried to accommodate another storage for a lower rate. I felt very safe having our items here. You have to have code in and out specific to your account.

I can't say how well Krista has been of so much help with managing my storage unit. She is always on top of my deliveries and calls me with any issues. I can say she is the best public storage manager I have had in my 12 years using this location.
Raises rates consistently by at least 9% per year, so beware if you plan to use storage long term. Despite those increases, normal maintenance like replacing doorstoppers (to hold the building doors open while you carry heavy things) hasn't been done in the entire 3 years we've been customers. Additionally, I found out from the location staff (Krista) who responded to me from this review that if I sign a new contract and move my belongings into another unit of the EXACT same size in the same building, I would be charged over $20 less per month (below my current rate, not the new increased rate)! That was their attempt to resolve my rental increase complaint, along with asking me to remove this review. Krista is great and only trying to help with the cost, but the limited options allowed by Public Storage for her to resolve customer complaints clearly illustrate that new customers are more important than renewing customers. Not a bad place, but not a great way to "reward" loyal customers either.
