I recently experienced a theft from my storage unit. Shockingly, there's no camera in the aisle where my unit is—the only aisle without one, and the managers have known about this for a while. Despite three thefts in two months, management has done nothing. I expected better security and responsiveness.

We had reservations at a different location & when we arrived, our surprise it was kiosk only. So we waited on hold with customer service for 20 minutes before we decided to try this location. NO REGRETS! !

Derrill, the site manager at 502 W Fm 646 is a real steal for Public Storage. He is professional, courteous and genuinely a great guy. I've been at this location for over a year and he has remained the same person. He always asks me how I'm doing and if there's anything he can do to help. He regularly walks the property and it's always clean. I've never had a problem here. He manages it superbly. I'd recommend this location to anyone!

We rented a couple of units here when our house sold unexpectedly quickly and we closed in 3 weeks with no new home purchase. We kept our things there for about 3 months while we found and bought our new place. Really clean, excellent management and we felt safe here, even often putting things in quite late in the evening back in December. It was a really good storage experience. Highly recommend and the manager is incredibly nice.

I rented 2 storages from this facility online for a move from California to Texas. the day my truck arrived, the driver was not able to bring the truck in due to some unforeseen circumstances. Darryl was able to relocate my unit to a closer unit so that I didn't get charged extra by the trucking company to have to walk my items to the unit. Thank you Darryl for all your help with this. We appreciate your VERY MUCH! You saved the day. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Spoke with Ann who said she was the manager HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We’ve had a unit here for five years and I was calling to try and get my car moved and/or see what they needed to continue renting. She was terribly rude and hung up on me. THE WORST POSSIBLE ATTITUDE I’ve ever encountered. Now my classic car, my late father gave me before he died (which is why it was in storage) will be hauled away she said a day before the letter even states it will be removed. When I told her we were divorcing and I just received the paperwork sent in the mail she said “I’m not getting involved in your mess”. Absolutely the rudest! It’s an amicable divorce, and I was only trying to say I was just notified to rectify the situation. I was trying to get my car that holds sentimental value from my late father and see what needed to happen to have my car moved. Corporate has been contacted and so have my lawyers. They do NOT appreciate “their valued customers”. At least Ann doesn’t! Do not go here!!! They will not have any kind of compassion or decent customer service.

We had to walk because the golf cart hand a flat tire. Which was fine. The property was clean and Derrill was very courteous and polite.
