Joseph was excellent!! I had to move from NYC to Texas and having to find a unit for an 18 wheeler moving truck could back into without a shuttle truck, which would add hundreds maybe thousands could be problematic. Joseph simply located a unit a truck could just back into. Joseph also was very knowledgeable when it came to how a big truck could back in. Very friendly and patient. I highly recommend this location for and moving trucks, UHaul even a 18 wheeler!!

The only complaint I have is that it’s really difficult to get a hold of the office members. I’ve been in person, and 3/4 of the times, there’s been nobody in the office and it’s locked, and nobody would answer the property’s phone, either. It’s frustrating not being able to resolve issues with a member from the office, when what needs to be done cannot be completed through the app or with a voice recording, and the office is supposed to be open, yet it seems to always be vacant and locked.

Kipsey has been so helpful and is always so cheerful. We have been very happy with our rental and the rates.
They will get you in for a good price and wait a few months then raise the rent on you because it’s their business plan. I have two units at separate locations and they raised the rent at both the same day. My dad had the same thing happen to him a few months ago to a tee. All of there good reviews are paid for. I would highly recommend against this place because they will keep raising rent on you every few months.

Kipsey helped us all the way throughout the rental process! She was very knowledgeable, also very patient (as we were late getting to our appointment to sign the agreement)! She made the whole process easy and even had a spare lock or two ( so that our storage space was secured properly). All-n-all Kipsey was FANTASTIC and her customer service and knowledge was TOP NOTCH! We’ve also had our travel trailer there for awhile and have never had any issues. Ms. Kipsey is always the most professional and kindest employee I've ever dealt with at Public Storage. She never gives me a scripted answer, she always looks to see what's going on and why and she gives me a complete answer. Even if I'm on the 🤳 phone with her I can hear her typing and reading the screen. When I am there in person she is even professional and helpful. She even remembers my name. She's awesome.

I’m in and out of Public Storage at different hours throughout the week including dawn and dusk to access my work related equipment in the storage locker. I feel very safe at this facility with the gated access and the excellent lighting. The site manager is an excellent communicator and is very nice. If you see her making her inspection rounds - take a moment to say hello and thank her for keeping the facility safe and secure!

Krysta is absolutely amazing! Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe how amazingly helpful she was. On the day I was supposed to move from Austin to League City, through no one’s fault, a major error occurred that lost me my storage unit. Over the course of 3-4hrs, she was near constantly on and off the phone with me and the corporate office, as well as scouring the Public Storage website to find ways for me reclaim my unit. Not only did she do so, she even found me a better rate for my monthly costs. As someone who is an ex-Navy brat and has dealt with his fair share of moving catastrophes over the last 30yrs, I have NEVER come across anyone like her who would so selflessly keep fighting for me, especially when I was ready to stop fighting for myself. During the hurricane of disasters that was the move I just went through, she was one of the only positive things going for me. I couldn’t have done this without her.
