We have been here for almost 3 years; while we have never had much of an involvement with the staff; I am not understanding the constant raise in price. We went from $105 to now $189 for a 10x8 unit. I can go online and rent a new 10x10 unit for $96! I contacted customer service to see if they could help without me having to move all my stuff from one unit to another for a cheaper price and basically was told sorry you are out of luck. I can’t imagine that they can’t offer something to the customers that have been here a while. I don’t want to look for another storage unit but with the prices constantly going up every 6 months; I’m going to have too.

Facility is fine but pricing has constantly gone up drastically ever since I've started renting. Initially my unit was $99 now it's just short of $200 for a 5x10. Just to update customer service reached out and reviewed my account and did try to help me with bringing my pricing back down. Have to say I really appreciate the acknowledgment of my review and the effort to try to make things better for us. Upon this taking place I've revised my review and have to give them five stars for trying everything they can to help

UPDATE: as you can see below, we had many issues in the past that were only resolved when we made a fuss. This company is filled with greed. They will keep raising your rate every 6 months or so, knowing that you can’t do a whole lot about it. We all know inflation has not hit ANY aspect of the storage industry so there truly is no legitimate reason to raise rent that frequently. We went from $199-$400 over the course of a couple of years. DOUBLED. Absolutely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and do the work to go through your things and don’t pay money to store them. I am thoroughly disgusted in this industry. Pure greed and smoke and mirrors. Do not rent from here. You will regret it.
Editing this review: after months of dealing with elevator issues, Krista the manager made it right. We are now able to have our stuff in one unit and have not had any issues since.
We have had 2 units in this location for almost a year. Every time we come to get something out of our unit, the elevator is broken. Then they tell us a “regional manager” will call us in a few days. Absolutely unacceptable for this size location. Do not rent here if you need to have access to your stuff at all.

Moving again and back to this same facility as last time. The office worker was very helpful. I really appreciated her. The facility is clean and climate controlled. While I may not enjoy the move I do enjoy having a clean, safe space for the bulk of my belongings until we can move to a home. Highly recommend this facility.

Updated post 3 months after renting Once I was in my storage unit this location raised my rent by $50/mo. That’s right not $10 or $15 but $50 I call that screwing you because they know you aren’t going to leave !! Changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. The doors are always broken and the men’s bathroom has been out of service the entire time. I also once visited and the “climate control” was not working everything was very humid and sweaty 🥵 update year later we’ve now been increased 2-3 times (about every 6 months expect a large increase)
