I would like to personally Thank Mr. Joseph for getting me setup in a timely manner. He took the time of answering and looking into my concerns before deciding to look at units. He had lots of Patience was very Helpful even with a Lobby Full of People

They flooded our unit for months, ever notified us of the damage. We got extra insurance because of the value of the items that we were storing. Their AC broke and was leaking under the wall into our unit for what we can tell months. Our unit was a climate controlled unit too. We provided all the pictures and videos we could and they offered us $452 if I pay them a $100 application fee. We lost almost all of our deceased sons property and thousands of dollars in property. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY AND WANT IT PROTECTED FROM THE CLIMATE, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Save your money and go somewhere else. Trust me.
Nice clean place. The manager that's is on site. He; s the greatest manager. He will help you out the best can.
This is one of the best experiences with a moving I had. Customer service was awesome I Woody assisting me. I would recommend this to anyone who wants affordable , clean, and no hassle storage.

La Marque Public Storage beat the competitions prices on a 10 x 25 storage unit. I must have called 10 places in a 30 mile radius from Galveston. LMPS prices were unbeatable!

The facility was very clean. And I loved that the storage unit itself didn't smell like locked up places do sometimes, so that was definitely a win.
Having to move all your possessions into storage because the floor of the home where you've lived for 11 years has water damage and needs to be gutted is a traumatic experience, but finding a storage place shouldn't be.

Woody is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. I am bad with name but the other gentleman that works there is very responsive when I have needed assistance. These two gentlemen go beyond to assist. I have 5 units there due to the type of work I do and would not be there if these to gentleman were not there.

This place started out great but when the rent started going up I moved our stuff to an outside unit. Only to discover that our stuff had mold on it and rat droppings everywhere from being in the climate-controlled area. Then when we moved everything out of the outside unit our stuff was infested with big roaches. There were hundreds of them in our unit. Every time we picked something up they would go running. The employee just said oh yeah that's because of the construction going on next door. Won't ever use that facility again.

Where to begin? I’ll start off by letting people know that we’ve been long standing customers of this facility. Within the past year and a half our rent doubled, with that being said my wife and myself were very dissatisfied with the direction we were moving with them. We were planning on moving out and that’s where Woody stepped in. That man’s customer service skills and professionalism is unmatched. He did what he could to to help us out and keep our business with both parties being satisfied. Now if they could somehow get the rest of the employees to follow suit!
Thank you Woody, your professionalism and service definitely aren’t unnoticed as I can see with all the other reviews.

Rented a storage unit there for a few months. Very clean and affordable. The best customer service and the manager was very helpful!
Nice clean place but you don't get cell service near the entry of the gate, so my kids & I got stuck inside the gate for a few minutes trying to find cell service to open the gate.
Our unit was climate controlled and all our items were full of mold. I do not recommend using their “climate control” units. There were not AC vents in our unit. The manager went as far as to tell my husband that he had mold in his storage unit as well like it was acceptable. Completely unacceptable!

I have been a LONG standing customer with this location. Woody is BY FAR the best manager EVER. He is always more than eager to help in anyway he can and with a smile. Your no longer intimidated when you ask for anything. And you also know that if it is within his power. He will get the job done.

Very well maintained and secure. Rent doubled to $280 within first year for a 10x15, so not a good value for long term storage. Would not recommend.

It started out great, and affordable. But over time, the rent went up over $100 since I started using them. I picked them because they originally had 24 hour access and were convenient. It changed to access stopping at 9pm, which became inconvenient for me as I don't normally get off work till 930pm.
While I understand that rent is subject to change, I was never even told about options regarding exemptions from rent increases until AFTER I vacated my unit.
All in all, if your okay with paying $250+ per month, use them. They are climate controlled and have secured access via individual pins. They also have external access units and boat/RV storage.
I, however, will not use them again.
They store my stuff pretty good.

They literally are rude! Never there, can't get in touch with a live person for over 2 weeks! They put so many charges on your stuff if you're late so they can steal people's things! Do not ever chance losing your stuff with these people! Go elsewhere!

Save your money and go elsewhere. Nice faculty and secure, but extremely over priced. We’ve had a unit since February 2021 and the monthly rate has went up by over $100. Also, they mention having carts….lmao, if you can find one.

They make you buy their lock and it only works on their doors they’re very expensive don’t tell you about the lock until you rent the unit.
Easily rented and great big lot love the gated entrance .. you have your own personal code to get in and out .... I came the other day and went to go into the office it was around 230 and the door was locked ... I dont know if they were walking the property but I couldn't see anyone ..
