We just completed the rental of a 10 x 30 storage unit at this location on Beltline Road in Irving, TX. The only reason we pull the trigger to rent this unit despite the monthly rate which we considered a bit high is because of your General Manager, Chasity Lopez and her entertaining daughter. We spoke and visited other storage unit merchants throughout Irving, TX the last two days. We were extremely unhappy with the customer service and how we were greeted at each merchant in the area. Being courteous and polite to prospective customers is a lost cause today. Chasity was different from the very first phone conversation as well as when we arrived at this location. She welcomed and acknowledged our presence as well as to everyone that came into this location. After our initial exchange, I let her know she was different then everyone else in this industry and she seemed surprised. We were willing to pay more and rent this storage unit because of her professionalism. Thank you, Chasity and your daughter for making us feel welcome.

I was moving in 7 days and I came here and I was taking care instantly...wonderful customer service..I really appreciate chastity....everything clean...nice..

Storage grounds are well kept and maintained; but more importantly, Chasity (the property manager) is always incredibly helpful and professional. She has kept my business there because of her service.

If I can give less I would, a 1 star is giving too much benefit. It will continue to be a 1 star until the company owns up and resolves the issue at hand and they actually own up to the mistake they have made.

I've been running a storage here from over a year. I do like the people in the office. But the place has gotten kind of nasty people are there all night kind of weird. Other than that the gates are broken a lot. I don't like the fact that people can come in when they want and not have to use a code.

Won a storage unit.I made arrangements to pick up with Chasity a employee. I took off a day of work to accommodate that you could only pick up during office hours. The day before our prearranged day, I get a text stating that my storage was voided due to non pick up.I called to find out Chastity had forgotten we made arrangments. So I am out a days work and the fees paid to lockerfox So no I don't recommend this facility.

this place doesn’t even deserve one star. A big white leather chair was missing out of the unit. They change the locks because they changed the doors b4 this happened.. WHY??? No security footage … it had been deleted two weeks after the doors were changed….🙃How convenient🙄 I recommend do not store anything in this place..they’re probably ripping off other storage units as well and of course there’s no security footage to prove anything find another storage area..

Management is the worst in Irving. Spend the extra few couple of dollars to go somewhere better.
