Omg I love this new storage it’s so clean it’s not hot and the receptionist was super sweet! So much bigger and prices are way better! The other storage is so far from our home!

I am at the point where I need to close down my unit and Marcos has been very helpful in finalizing all of this! He has been very kind and with the fact that I am out of state, his help is tremendous! I would recommend this facility and so much of that has to do with the staff.

I recently used Public Storage for my storage needs and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish the experience was top notch. Tania and Marcos were incredibly friendly and helpful guiding me through the process and answering all my questions. The security measures in this place also gave me peace of mind knowing that my items are safe and secure. The facility itself is immaculate and well maintained.

It may seem cheap at first but they raise the rent/month every 6 months by $35-25 a month. I've been a reliable client for two years, and was told that if I changed the name on my account, I could go back to basic pricing offered to online clients. Super grimey to mention a loop hole. They want overturn. They are paying for one employee to sit at the desk, and minimal A/C under 85 degrees, if not 87 (THAT is the "controlled temperature" you're paying for.) I worry about a lot of my items, as I have seen them begin to warp.. This is nuts. A complete money scheme. The people that own this unit are making so much money, and gouging at any opportunity. I can't believe businesses can function like this with their CEOs resting comfortably at night. I recommend using a family owned storage unit. Much better accommodations and much better service. It's like what an apartment does on an ANNUAL basis, but my rent has increased by 15-55% of my original payment. Worse than a credit card or even personal loan, yet their basic business needs have not increased and they have constant flow of profit. Not guaranteeing my items are actually cared for. This has nothing to do with the guy at the front desk, making his check to survive in this world as well. This has to do with the greed overhead. I will be getting my items out of this facility as soon as possible. I will always forewarn anyone I meet, as well as family and friends, to never use this company. Very unhappy. I would give this negative stars if that were a thing. Not sure how it even has 4.7/5 stars. But I also got a unit when it opened, and everything seemed kosher in my own eyes at the time. Hope others can avoid this scam with my review.

This facility is very clear the staff Maya the rep and Carlos the manager were so kind and helpful. Moving is stressful and these guys were a bright spot in my day! Thanks 👍🏽

Pleasant attention from the people who work in this magnificent place, Collin Lackey and a colleague kindly helped us throughout the process, any questions or good service I highly recommend the place, very helpful.

Unfortunately, new owner set rules to downgrade the service we were used to with the previous one. -There are not enough carts o trucks to move the goods (they will be available on office hours only. -Everything looks dirty -Staff is unfriendly. Need to pursuit them to asks questions. -We visited the place on Sunday and access door was open with no supervision. Our decision was to move out our goods from there to a different storage place.

Great place. This is my first time renting space. The place looks well maintained and clean, the staff are friendly and they provide the locks and carts for you. The only issue I had was the limited hours to access storage.

Don't rent here. It was fantastic when it was owned by Storage 365 but once Public Storage took over, it went completely downhill. My rent went from $60/month to $120/month with barely a notice, let alone an agreement to the new price. The bathrooms are consistantly dirty and nasty and there's always trash laying around. Tldr; not worth the price. Go somewhere else!!

Household / Personal items placed in storage July 31st, Removed and given away to a friend of the District Managers on August 7th due to a "System Issue, that happens all the time" as told to us in person by a local Public Storage employee. Robert Shushi, a District Manager at Public Storage, made the decision to give away our storage unit to Jason & Amanda Morey who operate LMN Irving Online Thrift. Robert made little effort to correct the mistake or to get our items back. Jason & Amanda were described to us as Robert's "friends" and "storage unit cleaners". Our unit was neatly packed with thousands of dollars worth of family items. I doubt this is the first time that items have been lost due to this arrangement. I also reached out to Tracy Johns, Divisional Vice President at Public Storage to discuss the issue. She has made no effort to contact me. Avoid this location specifically and Public Storage in general as you will receive no assistance in the event of a mistake. All of these statements are factual and backed up by police recording as they were onsite at Public Storage when we first filed this report.

I had an issue in regards to a payment that was processed. I called and worked with Haile who was very patient and helpful in getting this resolved. Great customer service!

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. Haile was such an amazing help! I kept calling several times asking all kinds of questions. It was noticeable she had a smile on her face every time I called. Haile has an amazing character. She was very patient with me. I highly recommend this location to rent a storage unit!

Well it looks like I have posted a good review too soon.... Yesterday when I signed up everything was smooth. Today, the opposite. I was very inconvenienced and did not receive great customer service. And I was given the "We Care" number just to be hung up on 3 times, so no they "don't care".

Went here to buy some furniture and it was really nice inside.

This location was just taken over by Public Storage. They cancelled everyone’s code. Couldn’t get in for days. On-site people dont answer the phone. The app didn’t work. And they have no customer service number. The old company was great - this one is terrible. Choose a different company.
