Leslie at public storage has been really great with answering my questions and communicating well with me, if there is ever anything I need she would definitely be my go to person. 10/10 for her and public storage. I thank yall for everything you do to keep my things safe and clean.

I was on the fence between several different storage locations near DFW. So I made the $$$ investment and tried two of them before my big move. OMG Maya is the absolute best. She actually answers the phone. She calls you back like she says she will. Other locations nearby you can’t even get a live person on the phone, which is nerve-racking when you’re traveling in and out state and you have questions and really need answers. I had a rocky move-in, but she got involved, saw the problem. Fixed it. I’ve watched her do the same for other customers. If you’re planning on moving in, do yourself a favor and make sure Maya is a part of it! Or at least ask for her lol 😅 Thank you Maya! 🙏🏽

I’ve been at this Esters Blvd location since it opened. The employees are always great to work with. Maya and Ty have been so helpful and understanding; Real down-to-earth people. I recommend this location to everyone !!! If I could give more than five stars, I would !! thumbs up👍🏽 great job guys - peace ✌️

Not really great at customer service , called to get a quote on multi unit and did not like the way this location responded , no sense of customer service at all. I guess they have way too much business and they don’t really care about new business

I just called and inquired about a unit I’m potentially trying to purchase for my move and the guy Willie who answer the phone as so helpful with the millions of questions I asked a lot about the prices, sizes, and specials! Just awesome CS when I’m not even a customer just yet but it did make me strongly consider this location

Update 04/03/2024 Overpriced!!!! It looks like every April, they raise the rates this time. It went up to $188 a month. Updated 04/05/2023 They raised the rates on me twice in a year, first up to $100, then to $140 a month, and now I am paying double what I was paying 18 months ago. Initial review Overpriced, good location, a couple of blocks off 114, in & out. easy rental Dan was very helpful. I looked at a few other storage facilities, and this just felt right, and I am glad I made this choice. Update After I wrote a bad review due to 3 price increases within 30 months, Public Storage reached out to me and gave me a discount on the last increase for 3 or 4 months.

The customer service is great and the whole process took me no more that 5 minutes.

Location is friendly with knowledgeable reps and the reps are super friendly and kind. Love it. Will spend my money here any day. Love the safety of this Public Storage. Feels secure. Shoutout to John for the help. :)

Man it’s a this guy name Josh Grant man he helped me out a lot i thought he was a manager yall should move him up he definitely deserves it im definitely giving yall a 5 star because of him he great with his customers!!

Nobody is doing their job. I have call countless amounts of times and left many voicemails and no one returns my calls like it say they will. They call me from multiple number but when I call every number they have they don’t answer.

The gate and the elevator are always malfunctioning. Never rent this facility.

Monika was amazing assisting me and my partner today with a unit. We had some issues with fraudulent accounts being opened in my name from years back but that didnt stop Monika from providing us with the best experience. She and the associate she called from another store were the most helpful. Thank you Chelsea & Brandon

My Name is Julian Fira and I Recently Got a Storage From 7500 Esters Blvb , I Had Called Many places and Have Had Bad Luck trying to Find the Right location, many other places Have Bad Service but this Location Has Been Great. Monika was Very helpful and Just a Great Person in General. I was in Line and the people in front of me were very rude and she was still Very professional and Helped them without any Rudeness. Public Storage was very clean and easy to navigate. Monika was super sweet and extremely helpful!

We are looking for a unit that we can back a trailer into. Monika was very diligent to help us find a unit. Although we could not make any of the units work at her location, she went that extra mile and helped us find a unit at another Public Storage location. She saved us an enormous amount of time with the help she showed us. I don't know what you pay her but it sure is not what she is worth! I sure wish I could have rented at her location.

The place where I have my things stored is okay, but public storage, being as well known as they are and as big as they are, I would not have believed that they take advantage of and hurt the smaller businesses that lease business spaces from them to the point of bankruptcy over not being transparent and putting a stipulation in the lease making them responsible for repairing and/or replacing air conditioning units worth 20,000 a piece to replace and disclosing that the air conditioners in their buildings were over over 30 to 40 years old in which we know the max amount of years a residential and commercial air conditioner is 25 years, anything after that the air conditioners use is coming to an end. This supposedly customer friendly company has done this to several businesses leasing from them, they have had the air conditioners go out and all of them being 30 to 40 years old in which one was a family member. I am currently looking for another storage building to put my things but this place is not customer friendly and intentionally and knowingly screws people over. May be okay for storage buildings, but just a warning to those looking for commercial places to rent. DO NOT RENT COMMERCIAL BUSINESS PLACES FROM PUBLIC STORAGE THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT AND WILL SCAM YOU INTO REPAIRING THINGS THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE OR AT LEAST SHOULD HAVE BEEN UP FRONT WITH THESE POOR BUSINESS OWNERS, to make them lose something they have worked so hard for then have to file bankruptcy because of them scamming them. How this can be legal I have no idea. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Monika has been extremely helpful when it came into moving into my unit.I soon found out that I did not rent out a big enough unit and she was extremely helpful on upgrading me to a larger unit.she took time when it was just my mom on getting things up into the unit.I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work at a storage facility.

He called in advance to introduce himself and to see if he can answer any questions! When I did visit, he personally escorted me to my storage unit and assisted me with the access code. Ask for Ryan when you go in here. He is awesome. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we got the right unit. His attention to detail was amazing. He very carefully explained how to enter and exit, and also showed us how to efficiently load and unload. He walked us to the unit, and showed us where the lights were and how to get in and out.

Friendly staff. Place is nice and clean.

I work for UPS and we have a storage at this facility. And Ryan who works the front office is the best. I literally come in contact with no stores or restrooms and he lets me use his which I'm grateful for. He is always in a good mood and treats us with kindness.

Ryan, who is the property manager, was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was very confused about the whole process and he took his time explaining everything and was very patient. He was able to get me the best deal possible. Thank you Ryan for simplifying the process for me and giving me exactly what I wanted.

I was notified yesterday that the unit I’ve had there for 15 years was sold yesterday for $30 dollars. Due to recent economic problems, I was two months behind in my payments, so I did have a part to play. However, after being a customer of 15 years, it would’ve been nice if that would’ve been considered before selling my unit and that they would’ve considered working with me on this issue, allowing me an extension. Further, they now demand I still pay for late fees, unit fees, and Lein fees (minus the $30). Being a loyal customer means nothing to THIS LOCATION. I cannot speak for other Public Storage locations.

I am very disappointed/unhappy with this public storage location because I lost my items from the storage unit and I came to know this happened only when I visited the storage one day. That day,I was unable to open my unit with my key and I have identified my unit locked with a different lock.So I have spoken to the front office staff and came to know that the storage front office person locked my unit with new lock because one day they found my unit was keep open.But they never informed me when they found my unit was in open state . Later storage staff opened the unit and I found my lock broken inside and some electronic items are missing.Though the storage have equipped with security equipments, this has happened. Also I really felt one thing that, the storage staff was behaving like they are not even bother about what happened when I informed this issue.

this place is the worst ever since public storage took over and changed from extra space it has been nothing but a headache first my payment has went from being 56 dollars a month with extra space to now being 91 dollars a month since public storage took over then if you have to pay late each employee depending on who you talks to tells you something different the employees dont know they own policy including the manager's my stuff is stuck here until i can make the long drive to get it out but putting my stuff here was the worst decision i ever made avoid at all cost

Don’t ever put anything in public storage because they will not do anything they say they’ll do they charged my mom $20 for a three dollar charge that they messed up on they locked the doors on us at 9 o’clock we could not get our stuff back we had to make another trip the next morning I had to rent a trailer for two days because I they had no power for a whole day and they left. They don’t answer the phone or call you back. If you are only a day late they lock you out of your storage unit. They are not a reputable storage place at all I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody!
