The management of public storage at 7500 N MacArthur irving, tx. spend absolutely nothing on maintenance. lights in units are out, access doors are damaged, 3 out of 4 air conditioning units do not work in our climate controlled building, two out of 3 key pads not working. Rent was raised in 3 months. Would suggest you look someplace else

Raised rates after 3 months to much higher rate for climate control 10x25 unit. lights are out in unit, hallway lights only work part if time (safety issue) NO AIR CONDITIONING and paying for climate control, keypads don't work because of vandals, doors with locks ripped out & stand wide open. When you call the help line told nothing can be done. Trash everywhere because dumpster is locked. This place is a complete mess Such a shame and publicity nightmare in pretigous Las Colinas. Tenants are mad, vandalizing after locked out. What does public storage do....NOTHING! shame on them.

Our lock jammed and was not opening, Susan was a huge help in facilitating a locksmith to come out and assist! Great customer service from Susan, she took it on as her own problem and was able to solve in a day.

Best facilities and staff at this location! Emma was filling in today and although it wasn't her normal store, she was super helpful and kind. She took the time to help me locate my unit (it has been a years since I personally was here). I had my keys and my ID but I couldn't remember the code. She was extremely helpful kind and professional. You could tell she genuinely wanted to serve her customers! 👏👏👏👏 Upon arriving to my unit I was trying to find the key code to open up the interior door and overheard music. I saw a female staff member doing her walk and cleaning. I didn't catch her name.. I knocked on the door to ask her to let me in. She did not and said that I'd have to use the code. I greatly appreciate their adherence to policy and security for our belongings at this facility. She was also very kind and you could tell that she took pride in her work as well. 10 stars for all the staff here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don’t rent from this location! Worst customer service!! They never answer the phone. They gave me misinformation. Slow to respond to phone calls and service requests issues. They never apologize for the confusion! And they keep increasing my rental price!

Don't know much about the place. I do business with a Gentleman that sells things I need for my business. Seems to be a very clean place. Just small front end area.

I purchased a unit here to store my things while I'm in between apartments, and MAN, this place is nasty. Maybe the other units are fine, but I doubt it. I moved my things out and found an absurd amount of rat feces everywhere. Even though it's an indoor unit, all of my stuff was covered in dust and spider webs. The pictures might give you an idea why it's like this. One of the photos shows the rat feces in the hall, so it can't just be my unit. I'll never be renting from public storage again.

Had appointment at 2 PM and by 230 PM no employee had arrived. I live 2.5 hrs away and had to leave for work. When manager was called my call went ignored. Furthermore, rent mysteriously raises with zero justification. Original price was $130 then it jumped to $160.

Drove over to buy boxes because hours show 6:00am - 9:00pm. I have bought boxes here multiple times over the last 8 years. No sign saying they were on break and would be back; just locked down.

Hard to get property manager to the site. had to call customer service Just be on hold and find out they can’t do nothing. but on a good note the property was well keep

Requested that the lightbulbs above our unit got replaced as it was dark all the time, and nobody ever took care of it. Can’t believe we spent 150 bucks on a unit. Glad we only needed it for a month but couldn’t get much done in there as far as going through old stuff because we couldn’t see anything. Not a big fan of having to use a flashlight when I shouldn’t have to.

Never got my free month like their promo said. And the raised my rent by over 30% just 3 months in.

Great place and even greater staff. I was trying to get a storage and they didn't have the size I was needing but thanks to Ellie she found the size I was needing at another one of their great facilities nearby. I was very impressed. She was very kind, polite, and quickly saved the day. Thanks again.

Customer service at this location is non existence. I paid over $200 for a storage unit and did not get any help after calling numerous times during normal business hours. I left a message and received no response. It was just dreadful. Thankfully when I called your other location a rep was able to resolve my situation in a highly profession manner. She empathized with my situation and provided me with a solution which is why I was retained as a customer after that horrible experience. I lost money, time, and energy. I would not recommend this location to anyone for health, safety, and customer service reasons. It was all subpar. Dodge this place like the plague.

Ellie the property manager was super helpful. Our company storage locker faced some difficulties but Ellie was able to assist us every step of the way. She made herself available and proactively followed up with me on questions and concerns. Great service.

I paid cash for my first 30 days one of their new managers walked through and decided I was checking out and not in so she closed out my account had she looked through any paperwork she would have seen I just purchased that space and not lock me out with nobody to fix the issue on property therefore I had to purchase another space which was not 1 dollar but 179.00 who told them I could afford to do that then it took them 4 months and several trips to give my money back, when if im 4 days late its a fee and a problem. I had just had a heart attack and they swiped and wiped me dry blaming it on the covid.
