RENT HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER! Had a 10x10 unit here for a little over a year. First couple months rent was about $60, then about $100 for 4 months, then $130 for the next 9 months, and the last bill was about $170 per month. Go to their website and the same size unit is on a Halloween sale for $30 a month. Chat with customer service and got a whopping $42 discount for the next 3 months. Pathetic business model designed to drive customers away.
Top notch facility and management!
They keep raising the price for no reason, unacceptable I went from paying $80 to 150 and they don't answer the phone completely unprofessional. Within the same year and they offer no real explanation, they will take advantage of your need for extra space, I do not recommend at all and I will be relocating!
A great place to store your stuff. I had interacted with the manager Heather who was very helpful and professional. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to go to public storage facilities

This Public Storage in Hurst is the best that I have ever used! The 10 foot x 30 foot that I rented was immaculate when the movers moved my things into it. I then realized that there was also a back door to the unit yet there was a blue lock on it. I called customer service, who then put me in touch with Heather at the Hurst PS. She met me the very next morning to take the lock off and she was very helpful and absolutely delightful to talk with! People like her make this world a better place! PS in Hurst is very lucky to have her!!! I am completely satisfied with the unit and 20/20⭐️ satisfied with Heather!!
Been a customer here for 2 years with multiple units. Manager Teddi is very professional and friendly. Property is clean and easy to navigate. Staff are also knowledgeable and courteous. Favorite property

I like teddy the manager she's helpful and always there .. only down side is they close gates at 9pm .. You'd figure if someone was on property 24/7 the place would stay open later

It's clean and well maintained. The girls the work there are nice and polite. Climate control is a litt pricey but if you need it it's worth it. The store is convenient.

Well to start with my wife and I we've been renting from public storage now for about 14 years maybe I don't like them the reason why I'm there is because it's close to my house they continually raise the rent they're kind of money hungry if you ask me although they have helped me out of some tight spots but they continually raise the rent not tell you they don't inform you hey you know in two weeks your rent's going to go up I don't suggest going there I would find some other place I just think that you need to have honest people that are trying to help you and they're not honest and so I give it a 4 out of five of the reason why I did that is because the employees that I deal with when I pay my bill very helpful very nice people I really appreciate them very much anyhow that's my take on public storage and next time if anything goes any better I'll likely to post it
