This facility, especially Leo has been so helpful. I had a larger unit, pretty costly, he was so helpful in transferring to a nic smaller unit to help me save money. Love cleanliness and security as well as the climate control.

We have been there so far 5 times to go to the office. Only once out of those 5 times on 5 different days was anyone there. How can we speak to an office that is barely open. The hours posted are not the hours that are kept. There is noone out on property they are just gone. They leave half a day early or come half a day late. I have tried mornings, afternoons and an hour before closing time and it doesn't matter, the office is closed. How do you run a business this way?
The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. She took care of me the moment I walked thru the door. She also noticed I had receive the wrong size storage unit and was charged the wrong price so the manager ( black female) made adjustments to my order and had me on my way. She is the absolute best!!!

The location is convenient, but it would be great if they had more than one cart for customers to use inside of the huge enclosed climate control building and more security cameras. I always have to bring my own dolly just in case someone else has the cart. It’s especially inconvenient on the weekends when multiple people are there trying to move their belongings in and out of their storage unit.
It would also be great if someone were in the office consistently. I understand that they may be walking the property sometimes, but a sign in the door would let us know when to expect them
back in the office.
Victoria was very helpful and informative of all my questions. Even after I came in minutes before closing she was able to show me not one but two different storage units. Thankful for her great customer service.

I just placed my car here Monday night and got a phone call today that my windows were busted and broken into. I will be moving my car! They cover absolutely nothing, of course that’s somewhere in the thousands of pages that I signed. I have so much going on and now this is added to it! I’m out of town and have to come back to this mess! Thanks for nothing guys! I should’ve took my chances and just parked my vehicle on a street corner! To place your car in storage one day and have it broken in the very next day is ludicrous!!!!

Shawntal has been great to deal with. We reserved online on a Sunday and she was there when we arrived to check us in. She got the space cleaned up and we got moved in. Great service! The location is clean and easy to access with the app.
I've used this facility several times in the past. However, today I received EXCELLENT customer service from Shawntal(I truly hope I spelled her name right) I didn't realize when you make a reservation you have to complete the rental process to lock in the space. So this morning Shawntal called to tell me someone else rented my space. Although, she didn't have the same space size available, but she reassured me she had one similar. I greatly appreciate her assistance and professionalism.
Dealing with this location has been an absolute nightmare. If I could give it no stars, I would! I received a text from public storage stating that my unit was ready and I am unable to access it as it is locked and there is no property manager to be found on the property to assist. I have called every number associated with this location and customer service all to no resolve. This has set me back tremendously as I have had to extend my truck rental, pay additional mover fees, and missed important appointments due this error. Extremely unprofessional.

I actually went the first time to complete my registration. Jaden was AMAZING!! She took the time to explain everything to me. She even walked out with "the storage challenged" and assisted me with opening the door. I then had to go a second time and upgrade. Again, Jaden was GREAT! Knowledgeable, professional and very nice! The worst place ever. They made us move in with the elevator broken, and then a few days later, said they are renovating so they made us leave. No refund!!!! Seriously, it feels like a scam because why do you let a customer move they stuff in knowing that renovation is going to happen! We tried complaining many times, and they were not willing to help with the refund. Are yall happy to take peoples money like that? Worst customer service. Please don't waste your money and time here. Find a better place.

Nice storage facility under gated security.
Updated review: cart issue has been resolved however cleanliness is now an issue. It is obvious employees are not regularly maintaining common areas as dead bugs and litter are can always be found in the halls. Also cobwebs are becoming more and more frequent. There are a couple of huge spider/cobwebs on the automated doors in the climate controlled area.
Constantly raising there prices
Do not rent from here! No communication or not consistent. Can't ever talk to a district manager or anyone like that. Raised monthly fee higher than other Public Storages in the area!

These new prices and fees are ridiculous.
20.00 for a late payment....20.00 for phone payment....20.00 added on to bil to raise prices....I'll be gone soon and definitely won't be back dealing with any public storage brands....it was better when the original people had it.
