Northwest Houston Storage Units Near Addicks, Hwy 6
This Northwest Houston Public Storage is located on Loch Katrine Lane just west of Highway 6 and roughly less than a mile south of Kieth Harrow Boulevard.
At this gated facility, customers will find indoor storage units and outdoor storage units. Some units have climate-control options and a manager lives on site for additional customer service needs.

There is no AC on the “climate controlled” areas.
I was there for over 2 hours unloading my stuff and never felt AC at all.
The process to get the spaces is very nice, quick and easy.

If anyone if looking for a storage space to rent and need help finding the perfect one for them I would recommend coming here! Mari is very helpful and I would not go anywhere else! This place is highly secured and I feel very safe leaving my person belongings in storage. Facilities are very clean.
Rate went up twice in one year. Maintenance is always unavailable with no set schedule. Pay on time every month despite having to go through my things in the dark with a flashlight for 5 months. After several request they said if I fix it myself they'll give me a whopping $5 off rent. They don't prorate if you move out early either.
Not a good storage place to go . My husband got a storage for 3 months august-october and took the lock off oct31. (how they told us to when my husband told them he was going to cancel) And we still got billed so we spoke to someone at the storage and they said it was cleared . And now we got a debt collector letter saying we owe. This is not right . I will not come back to this storage and i hope they are not doing this to more customers.
Had a not good experience at another storage place, found this one close and and Mari was FANTASTIC! So polite and incredibly helpful, she walked me to numerous units and let me choose which I wanted. Efficiently got my paperwork done and I now have my unit and I'm ready to go! Thank you Mari.

I Would GIVE A (0) Star If I Could!!!!!! MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!!!!! NEVER IN OFFICE OR CAN NOT BE FOUND ON THE PROPERTY!!!!!! I WAS LATE LAST MONTH AND THEY CUT MY LOCK OFF AND PUT THEIR OWN!!!!! IN THAT 2 DAY PERIOD WITH THEM ONLY HAVING ACCESS TO IT, THEY STOLE $10-15,000 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE!!!!!! SUPPOSEDLY THEY MADE INCIDENT REPORTS WITH THE BRANCH AND CORPORATE!!!!!!! NOT ONE PHONE CALL IN 2 WEEKS TO REACH OUT AND TRY TO RESOLVE THIS!!!!!! BUT AS SOON AS MY PAYMENT WAS LATE THIS MONTH, BECAUSE IM WAITING FOR SOME ONE TO CONTACT ME!!!!!!! THEY CUT MY LOCK OFF AGAIN AND ARE DENYING ME ACCESS!!!!!!! WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!! IM OUT $15,000 NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM THEM!!!! AND THYRE NOT GIVING THE JUNK/TRASH THAT WAS LEFT IN MY UNIT?!?!!!******** BE ADVISED******* DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! THEYRE THIEVES/CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! I've been burglarized twice here and many more customers storages have been burglarized. Nothing has been done stop this. I've spoken to the district manager Shaiza she has done nothing about the situation. It keeps happening .There telling me to go somewhere else and rent if I don't like it. But it's the management and the security is poor . Negligence on behalf of the whole team that runs that place . There just letting people loot are belongings and HomeGoods than give us a pamphlet to call the insurance company if you have insurance . In other words they can get you a storage so you belongings can get loot. And they don't know anything about what happened. Will be pushing the issue to there superiors and the media.

you know how you have that favorite gas station or favorite restaurant that you'll drive across town literally to go eat at or get gas from because they're so courteous and friendly they actually remember your name! Storage is an hour away from me and sure Public Storage has places all over and I could get one closer but the customer service is worth the trip. I'm always so busy I tend to forget or wait till the last second to do things at times yet Nicole seems to always get me back on track with a pleasant phone call or email as a reminder, yet I don't feel it's telemarketer Calling!!! more like a personal assistants guidance.
