Sharon was very helpful. Professional and very sweet. I was struggling with opening and closing the unit. She helped me very patiently both times. I was very hesitant to rent here but she convinced me to stay.
DO NOT RENT HERE!! There has been nothing but problems, from my stuff literally melting/damage from the heat (even though i paid for a climate controlled unit) to dead rats and possums throughout my stuff. Drea, the property manager, was always so kind, understanding and nice. She did the best she could to advocate for me, however nothing has been resolved and I moved everything out. I would not come back.
My uncle has a unit here and he is very satisfied with the custom service Joana has given him the few times he went there he is very happy that she speaks Spanish because he dosent speak or understand English very well .
I am leaving another review because I recently had to get storage space again. I went directly back to The location at Hwy 6 and Little York (store # 20418). When I tell you all that "Andrea" was once again so helpful. She helped me find the perfect size unit for my belongings at the best price. We all know that life is very challenging right now, but Andrea made sure to go above and beyond making this stressful time go smoothly. She was very knowledgeable, and informative addressing any questions I presented to her. She is always so friendly with a welcoming smile. Drea was a great help to me I came over to her facility, looking for a unit she (Drea,) made a suggestion for me to get the next size up unit. She was a blessing because it was an exact fit for the things that I had. She a asset to the company really nice and professional and very acknowledgeable about public Storage Storage space she knows exactly what customers need even (5 stars across the board.) Even though the facility is old it's very clean. I had to use the elevator several times but, it's Self explanatory. My 3 year old grandson could operate it. And Drea was in the process of cleaning up the building. On the floor that I was on. No issues with any rats or bed bugs I go to the facility quite often and even went and bought mattress covers at Dreas suggestion. Thank you Drea.
Drea has wonderful customer service!
The facility is old and looks straight out of a scary movie. The indoor storage only has 1 elevator that is pretty small and you must keep entering the passcode to use any door even the elevator. There were roaches in the unit I was using and they don’t maintain the units clean or the lights. Overall for an outdoor storage it is good but for indoor it is super inconvenient.
They have the best customer service ! Andrea represented their company with the highest integrity .

RAT INFESTED & BEDBUGS GALLORE!!!.
I regret ever renting this place to store my mattress, furniture, clothes, shoes, storage boxes, etc. Everything I had in here, got RAT INFESTED and I brought them to my new house without knowing!!!. As a result I lost all my furniture, my mattress, cause the bedbugs were eating me alive!!!. I don’t recommend this nasty place at all, find a new storage place, where your stuff won’t be RAT INFESTED, this is DISGUSTING!!!.

I purchased a auction unit from location and was given 2 days to clean it out. Every time I went to pick up items no one was ever in the office. I don’t want to write this review as the lady in the front was very nice when I first went but I could never get inside gate without code because of the process. But how am I supposed to pick up items when I can’t even get in? I had to call 3 different people just to speak to someone who could finally help me out. Very frustrating. Also I went Saturday morning at 9:30. There was a sign that said the lady would be back at 9:30 but it was 10:30 and still no one. There was also a customer waiting the whole time with me and come to find out no one would be there til 12:45. Like come on get it together. You have people waiting outside for a whole hour.
Well , everytime I go make a payment there's not one at the office , put a sign certain time to come back but that didn't happen...
I started paying $66.00 dollars por my space 10 by 15 feet , and after 3 months went up to $ 88.00 dollars , and 4 months after that went up to $ 116.00 dollars...
I definitely not recommend...bad service , the increase too much....
