This Public Storage in northwest Houston near Beltway 8, Interstate 45 and Highway 249 is located on the east side of Veterans Memorial Drive between Bammel North Houston Road and Richey Road.
With a variety of cheap self storage units on site, this facility offers indoor storage units, as well as outdoor storage units. Moving and packing supplies, including tape, boxes and bubble wrap, are sold in the rental office, and this location is open 7 days a week.
A manager also lives on site for additional customer service needs.
Flanked by two of the largest shopping malls in the area, if a big day at Willowbrook Mall or Greenspoint Mall means tons of new stuff for the house, but nowhere to put it, a 5x5 or 10x10 unit at this location is a great way to declutter the home and store old boxes and furniture away.
Businesses – small and large – along Cypress Creek Parkway can use a 10x20 to store extra office supplies and equipment to free up some much needed space, and families near Klein Forest High School who might be outgrowing their own space can store everything comfortably in a 10x30 unit during a move or remodel.

I can honestly say that I would give 0 stars if I could. It's mind boggling how when we originally rented a small unit it was affordable. Now it's ridiculous the rate they are charging. I've complained numerous times concerning insulation torn and rat droppings, but kept being told to use my personal insurance to file a claim. I pay my payment faithfully each month and even have it on auto pay. They have fixed all the insulation in the hallway of my building, yet my rate is $158 with no explanation as to why they are price gouging. There is no way a 7.5×10 should be that much!!! Definitely not a great business decision.
I don't how your guys experience with this store and give theqm 5 star ...to me,only 1 star,even no star as well....First month i rented the unit,they charge me $165 total including insurance...just planning renting couple months to looking for the new home to buy..then i got mayor car accident, bleeding brain surgery, stay in the hospital almost 2 months, late pay months, they charge me for late payments 30 bucks/per months late...it's maybe ok...then i stay with them until now,about 2 years continously, guess what?The monthly renting from them jumped double up while they see I'm in need theirs unit,even i stay with them 2 years,same unit but the renting payments, they charge me double up,from 167 for first month, now go to over $300 bucks/month, and the late fee go to $60.00 bucks/per late fee....wow,that's so pretty charge from them to me..the late fee,they charge more expensive if you compare with late fee for your car financing or mortgage too...$300 per payments, late fee ..60 bucks/per month..that's how they treat theirs customer...I'm done with them,trym trying to get out of this store asap when i can find new place .....I never see the renting payments from everywhere, from car financing, mortgage, or apartment renting jump double up in two years like this store....

Sat here for an hour trying to pay for my mom’s unit inside (cannot pay over phone or online). No one here when they were supposed to be. Called and left multiple voicemails with no return call. Ended up going to another location to pay. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Won’t be coming back. Highly disappointed.
