If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I had my storage broken into by either whomevers storage was next door to mine or an employee. I notified the managers. I was told to contact insurance and make a police report, and I did. I was told insurance would reach back out to me in two days tops, they did not. When I first moved in the storage next to me D19 had so many items, the plywood thin cheap walls were busting through my storage. I notified the worker of my concerns. Nothing was ever changed. Fast forward to now. Either an employee or the people who were next door kicked the wall down and stole 99% of my property, and damaged the 1% they could not steal. I told the manager it had to be the people next door because of the wall and showed them pictures of the wall caved in (it was obvious it was done from the other unit). She said that is impossible because no one has used that unit for the past year. Make it make sense, if no one has had access to that unit in a year, and it’s been ‘empty’ for a year, per her response wouldn’t that mean it’s an employee? I asked what they can do to compensate me from the other manager the other day. He didn’t listen to me at all. I told him I already filed a report with insurance and police. He wasn’t listening to a word I was saying. I was asking why I have to pay full price if my unit is being broken into from the inside and my items damaged and stolen. He said they couldn’t offer me a discount. But this is the same unit that was trying to increase my rent for $30 a month. The managers are complacent, insurance doesn’t do their jobs, and their employees clearly steal. And they will not check the cameras to do an internal investigation. This week I will be contacting the district and regional managers for these matters. I put in my report for the police to press charges. If they find out it’s someone who works there, I will let you guys know, and yes I do have cameras their now. DONT USE THIS PUBLIC STORAGE THEY SUCK!!!AND THE INSURANCE YOU PAY IS FOR NO REASON!IF A SUPERVISOR AHEAD OF THE MANAGERS AT THIS LOCATION SEES THIS FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME.

Don’t waste your time or money doing business witn these people, i just got robbed and they didn’t even care, terrible service, stay away from this place it’s s rat’s nest

DONT!!! Do not store anything here!! The property manager Richard is a hole crook!! He has peoples units broken into and the cops do nothing to deal with it at all! The cops stated they dont even go out to that location anymore because its such a regular issue at this location with THEFT!! They think because the insurance will pay up to 5grand its ok, what if whats in the unit is worth more then 5grand!! Dont do it you will regret it!!!!!
