I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MS. DONNA. EVERYTIME I COME IN SHE IS NOTHING BUT RUDE AND RACIST TO NOT ONLY ME BUT TO ALL PEOPLE OF COLOR! SHE HAS REFUSED TO HELP AND OUT RIGHT IGNORED ME AND OTHERS!!!SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND SHE IS CONSTANSTLY MISSING FROM BOTH PROPERTIES 🤔 I CAN NEVER GET ANY HELP AND SHES CONSTANTLY MAKING ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS FEEL UNWELCOMED . I rented a unit here for a few months and never had a problem with payments. I emptied the unit and let the front desk know it was empty. I was billed for another month of service and then sent to collections. Use any other storage unit company and avoid this 1.
Place is in shambles. The gate was rammed in when we got there. People living out of there units trash everywhere. You would be a fool to leave your valuables there
Access is nice and easy but the facility is in terrible shape. It was ok when I moved in but has been getting consistently worse with no repairs being made. The outer doors to my building don't function properly, with one of them not being attached to the hinges at the top (picture). The insulation is torn up and falling out (picture). They have a rat problem, which they clearly know about because there are traps everywhere, but the traps aren't baited and do nothing to prevent rats (picture). My unit is very organized and clean but the issue is so major that it doesn't matter. The rats live in all of the units. I've talked to management about the door issue and was told it was "a top priority" but 2 months later, nothing has been done about it. Clearly it isn't that big of an issue.
Horrible service,horrible maintenance, dissatisfied with that location… my advice is to find another public storage location asap

Aiesha provided us with marvelous customer service, very patient and efficient with all our paperwork and questions. The rent is very affordable and reasonable, and impressed with the security system they have. In order to enter and exit you have to enter the code that they make just for you. They also provide online payments through their app with updated system, meaning it doesn’t crash nor is sketchy looking. This one day we tried to access our storage early in the morning around 5am and we were confused because it wasn’t letting us go inside, they called us as soon as they could just to inform us that the earliest we could enter was at 6am. We were really impressed with the security system. So I wasn’t bothered at all that we couldn’t enter. Also you can have access to your storage through the app, you can open the gate with their app. I recommend you rent with Public Storage if you want to feel secured and safe.
I went to this location to find a storage close to me. It’s not the best area but the team members are very nice. They accommodate the clients needs and try their best to for your budget. Veronica was very helpful. RayMoure is helpful as well and very nice.
