I cannot testify for anyone else but Public storage has always made it easy simple and fast. Convenient to say the most. The reminders and emails, and will send you a letter at least 30 days prior to any changes. My overall experience with Public storage has been excellent. No problems no disagreements no disputes no descriptions. I would recommend Public storage milwee drive. I haven't been to them all but this is a very professional and clean place to store your items especially if you're looking for climate control.
The staff at this location is great. I Don’t get her name wrong with the lady in the office who assisted me was a great help and made getting a unit very easy.

This storage facility is not good what so ever. My storage was burglarized and damaged. They allow someone to get a unit at their facility just so they can burglarize peoples units. The owner stated that there was nothing they can do. I recommend that no one come to this public storage. They are not going to make sure that your personal belongings are save and secure. And the property manager put their own lock on my unit and the burglar still manages to steal all my things. This is an extremely horrible storage facility. Your things are guaranteed to get stolen off of this property

Nice location. Staff idk. Asked if the PM on duty today 5p 08/13 could check another floor for carts and was basically told no. I was told, “ the people on 3rd are using both carts”. When I moved here there were 3. And so I asked where the third is and was told “I guess it walked away”. As she the PM sat there with a non uniformed person behind the counter just looking and waiting for me to leave. Didn’t even budge. Didn’t ask the other people to only use one. When I was employed by PS not even a year ago, a basic rule we told customers was to only use one to leave one for others. There are now three cars on site ready to move and only one person using all available carts and a PM not even willing to ask the people as a kind gesture. It may not be a set rule but damn where’s the customer service here??? I could care less if she’s mad either. She didn’t care that I’m inconvenienced.
But I’ll add the property is nice and it’s very clean, but PM is clearly not great at customer service. Seconded time meeting her and got the unwelcomed vibe.
Another edit: a lady with access went to 3rd floor and found the other cart the PM REFUSED to go check for because she was chilling with her friend.
Oh and if you expect climate control… it’s gonna be hot. The doors looked like this and there’s only one elevator in Peking… so we are in line to use the freaking elevators 😂 Definitely moving out in the next 24 hours 👎 zero stars if I could. Nice “looking” but absolutely trash.

I’ve been at this property for 4 months the recent property manager was horrible so unprofessional and very rude! Didn’t educate me on how the fee process works. I'm very happy with our storage experience at the Milwee location. I always find staff to be very helpful and constantly monitoring the halls to make sure everything is secure. Special thanks to Gerardo for doing a call out to make sure our auto-pay was updated so we didn't face any issues with our unit. I'm thankful that they really stay on top of things.

Was just at this location and Tatyana was very helpful and insightful. She even made sure that I went through the website to reserve the unit, as it was at a special price. She also helped when the website was giving wrong storage information, and was able to direct me in the right direction, and even called the district manager while I was there, to make sure they were aware of the issues with the website.

I've been a customer at milwee location for almost a year and a half. The property is always clean. Great customer service. The ladies tatyiana and Tyra are very helpful and nice. Everytime I'm on the property they're always cleaning and helpincustomers. I highly recommend this location. The rest room is always clean smells like my home.great job ladies
I’m sure most of these reviews are fake or posted by employees, the only time I ever received good customer service was when I opened my account… as much money as they charge a month, you’d think the company could afford to pay for employees with a better attitude. Renters of unit #1392 beware, the restrooms were never open, one of the very few times the restroom was open I saw a homeless person washing themselves, so much for a gate and door code!!!! Every time I visited my storage I was attacked by fleas in the hallways, as I moved out I mentioned this to the front desk and said “okay I’m not going to walk and check the unit if it’s vacant if there are fleas” then assured that I’d get a refund since I moved out before the month was over but I called their corporate office and said there is no refund.

Such an easy user friendly process. After signing up online, I went into the office to ask for a unit near the elevator. NO PROBLEM! DONE! Fast and Easy. The staff that helped me (Tatyana & LaTyra) were so pleasant and accommodating. They are Rockstars! I probably don't need to tell you this but most places these days have staff that don't seem to care. NOT these two. That acted like I was a person and wanted my business!!! You two keep up that awesome personality of caring about what you do!!! Highly Recommend!

If you ever come to Fairbanks location Mrs Yvonne is very nice beautiful smile she's very helpful. Tatyana at the milwee location was very helpful she provided 5 star service, super nice and Milwee location is very clean. I recommend both locations.
When coming to reserve my space at public storage I went through numerous buildings before deciding upon this one. This is the only one that called me personally after reserving online to confirm and to welcome my arrival to the space. The two ladies Tatyana and Danette are hard working and do what they can to make sure you have a great experience with the company.
As for the place itself it has a bit of a fruit fly problem and I can feel them circling around my car as i write this 😭
That’s something the owners of the building need to sort because Danette personally came to clean my unit herself when I moved in and Tatyana was cleaning around the building 5/21/23 when I vacated.
I just completed my registration for my storage unit ONLINE today! Although I love the interaction with face to face contact regarding pricing and services, my husband was working and I couldn’t make it in before my daughters were dismissed from school, so having that option was very convenient. :)
When I arrived at the location to check in for my keys, the Manager Tatyana greeted me with a warm smile and great service. Instructions and access were no issues as she explained everything very well, and the customer service made me feel secure and welcome that I chose wisely!

they put us on the 3rd floor and they claimed to have furniture dollies.. well there are no dollies here. And the people that "work" at this facility aren't here either. I searched for two floors and nothing. I have a herniated disk in my back so I can't move my stuff... I want my money back

As a long time tenant of this facility I have seen some positive changes in customer service due to the current management. A much more customer friendly approach is always welcomed. Today, in the interest of saving money on a looming rent hike beginning next month I desperately reserved an identical unit at a cheaper sale rate. I immediately received a courtesy call from Ms. Yvonne B. confirming the move date. I explained my situation and she pointed out that a transfer would be a more appropriate option to avoid administrative fees. I was relieved but still needed a to know if a better rate was available to make our stay in our current unit more affordable. She graciously understood and put in a request into her corporate office for a review of my account to see if I am eligible for a better rate. If approved this would save our family budget and the task of shlepping our belongings into another unit next month! I am so great-full for the attentive service! 🙏🏼😊

About this location. They do not have flatbeds although it's advertised on the website and there's never anyone in the office although a car stays parked out front of the locked door. If you need any kind of assistance be prepared to speak to an automated system and a voicemail. There a many storage companies in the area. If necessary pick a location in a nicer area for better service. I'm packing up and moving this month.
When we walked in we were greeted. We asked about the small unit. She showed us the unit and we said yes she handed keys and we walked to the front. She was giving us the move in deals, 1 month free or $10 less but no free month. As I contemplated my decision (1min) a customer came In the lady who attended us said "what are you going to do?" I said give me a moment She said give me back the keys if you are not going to rent I have to help other customers. The gentle man who came in just had a quick question. I told her she could wait on him as I made my decision she said "no, give me back the keys" after a full day of moving and more to come I made a hasty decision. The lady was very short and rude. Three days later she calls my wife and said "we are going to fine you for leaving trash in or lobby". My wife told her their is absolutely no way it was us. She held the door for me as I moved boxes. There was multiple customers moving all three days we put stuff in our unit. Horrible to be accused with no reason.

The storage location on Milwee has thousands of storage units and ZERO moving carts. I pay 100 per month for a 5x10 unit and have to drag my things on the floor to get to it
Professional staff. Easy access to storage and elevator access to 2nd floor. Staff explained policy clearly and helpful .
Horrible. Wish I could give it negative stars. I was one of their first tenants, I asked for 2 units, and they chose 2 units that couldn't possibly be further apart. When I asked my fiance to correct it with the employee, she did nothing but suggested we put the 2 storages under different accounts which in the end, created great problems. I was there for 2 years and they raised FOUR times never considering the 2nd unit. Meanwhile moving carts were never available when needing to move things in or out of storage. Instead employees rudely tell customers to get their own carts, even the elderly. They have new units, but shameful management.
Shanell has excellent customer service the people up there are very nice and will speak to you Ina nice way and be patient with you on everything ....

Hey y’all it’s me again…. Ms. Shanell is the most patient, funny, energetic, experienced “a plus”, honestly I can go on all day, and she has LIKE BEYOND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If the security works you must enter a code at three different doors. Very inconvenient.
There are rarely any carts to move your stuff as another post noted. They claim they were stolen but that doesn’t help when I’m paying $175mo. A year ago it was $85.
Finally a new manager lady Is rude and just not friendly. Dark hair, short.
The first interaction accompanied with my grown kids they commented how she was very rude and unfriendly.

I’m so thankful for the phenomenal customer service of the manager Shantell. She always goes the EXTRA MILE in customer service. Reading the one star review has to be a someone who has no class or people skills. Particularly Shopia E with the most racist comment I’ve ever read. Shame on you! I’ve been a valued customer for over 2 years and I’ve always been given top service by the manager Shantell! Kudos to Shantell for all that you do!
They raised the rent by 50%. But the key pads to get into the building have been broken for months.

This place keeps removing my review when I say SHANELL the “property manager” is absolutely disgusting! She has TERRIBLE behavior and attitude, horrible customer service and lacks empathy. She Has NO business working with people and needs to go flip burgers behind a wall. Stay far away from this place unless you want these people to wrongfully auction away your unit and then treat you terribly after the fact, when it was their fault. So once again, SHANELL is horrible!! Do not listen to all of these FAKE reviews about her
Do not rent here! The Public Storage game is to get you in at a good rate, but then as it’s month to month, they start significantly increasing your rates, as they know how inconvenient it is to relocate again. Very bad business practices. As a lawyer I’m surprised there has not been a class action.

Coming from another place, Public Storage do not give you the service that other places do. Its crazy there is only 1 dolly to load stuff in on a weekend.
