First I want to say I didn't plan on using a storage but because of the hurricane we needed one badly. This place is near us and decided to get the space online. I was a little confused on everything but once I got to the storage a really amazing lady named Maria helped us out. She made the process easy and answered all my questions. The lobby was clean and well organized. They have a restroom incase you need one. The entire storage facility is clean and very well-maintained. Over all with the cleanliness & great customer service this is definitely the place you want to come to store your stuff. Rented here for about a year. They do increase rates regularly. Also I had an indoor unit and they put a punch code lock on the main entrance without informing me. I called to see what the code was, and I got no reply. I had to text the public storage customer service, and they replied with the code. I had an indoor and air conditioned unit, and I have bug droppings in my furniture. I am now having to deep clean what I brought here.

Here we go again. My unit is on auto pay and has never been late or unpaid, yet they can’t leave well enough alone. I know prices have gone up but this is a storage building there’s no price increase for a building that’s already built. The only utilities they have are for the office not the units. The rent doesn’t go up, it’s a contract, so why the need to over inflate your prices? Greed that’s why. They started raising my prices when I complained the first time and reduced them. Now they’re doing it again! This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s a storage building there’s no cost involved other than the original build. This is what’s wrong with people.

The management in this location is never in the office, she is always in her house since she lives upstairs from office. She never answer phone and never returns calls if you leave voicemails. Don’t waste your time!!!

I'm giving public storage on TC gester 5 stars just today because Maria has been so awesome With helping me make my payment and get into my storage. She was super nice and answers the phone all the time. I can never get ahold of anyone at that storage and she's been answering the phone for days0, It's nice to be able to get ahold of someone where your stuff is being stored. Usually I give this place no stars in fact negative stars but she's really been a blessing
