Fairbanks/Northwest Crossing Storage Units Near U.S. 290
This Public Storage is located in the Fairbanks/Northwest Crossing neighborhood of northwest Houston.
It is on the west side of Bingle Road, just south of Tidwell Road and roughly less than a mile north of Highway 290. The location features a large selection of outdoor storage units with drive-up access, perfect for loading and unloading a vehicle in minutes. There are also a number of indoor storage units at this facility, as well as limited rental parking spaces for vehicles, boats or RVs.
The storage units are in a keypad code access area.
Packing for trips to Bane Park are a little easier with the help of a 5x5 foot unit or 10x10 foot unit at this location to store fishing poles, sports equipment and picnic essentials, including blankets, chairs and more.
Residents in the many multi-family complexes up and down Tidwell Road or Antoine Drive can open up a little bit of space by storing boxes and extra furniture in a 10x20 at this location too.
Right off of U.S. 290 and just a quick trip from Beltway 8 or Interstate 45, this is an ideal location for residential or commercial customers in the Fairbanks/Northwest Crossing area, as well as those near Greater Inwood, Langwood, Oak Forest/Garden Oaks and the surrounding communities.

Vendor for the property. Serviced here for awhile now and I can honestly say once Jeanette took over this location that its 10x better. Property is always clean, I always see Jeanette outside working whether its 100 degrees or 40 outside. She always knows whats going on at her property and keeps me up to date with anything I need to know to do my job. Shes always treated me with respect and has never made my job any more difficult than it needs to be, a pleasure to service this location.
I recently rented a unit at Public Storage and I'm thoroughly impressed! The customer service was top-notch, Jeanette was incredibly helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and made the rental process a breeze.
The storage unit was clean, dry, and secure. I had peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe, thanks to the electronic gate access and well-lit premises. The prices were reasonable and affordable, plus the access hours were convenient for my schedule.
I also appreciated the climate-controlled options available, which is essential for some of my more sensitive items. The location was easy to access and parking is spacious.

My company has been trying to access our storage unit at this location for over a month. They changed the locking system. They changed the locks and we have not been able to access our property for over a month. Tried calling District Manager Cameron Bird, and never received a call back. Office staff not on property during business hours. Staff has to leave to go pick up her children from school. Staff is never able to answer questions or helped us talk with any district or regional managers.
WE NEED ACCESS TO OUR PROPERTY NOW!!!!
PLEASE HELP US!!! The customer service number can't help us, the local staff can't help us, and the local management never returns calls, so our assumption is they do not care about your customers and their storage needs.

Great place to have your things. I mean it’s outside however rates are good. Especially when Jeanette is there. There was not a question she could not answer or have one for. I even threw her a curve ball and ask about my other unit on another property and in another state and was still able to resolve my issue.

Good Storage space, needs better Gate access ease of use, Bluetooth. Definitely needs wider lanes between units, Good for 10, 12, 14 ft U-hauls. Not good for 16' and above. Very friendly staff and Management

This place needs help. Couldn't find manager for 2 hrs. Kept calling a 800 number kept disconnecting. . No dollies.
Lady at the front was very unhelpful she refused to walk and show me a unit claiming she doesn't have a car her issue not mine.... then after I told her I wanted to pay the price posted online she got rude and said do it yourself online I can't help for that price.... so I did just that because 129 is better than 189 a month after completed everything online she assigned me the dirtiest bug filled unit.... because I refused to let others pour their miserable life onto me I just cleaned and sprayed the unit I only need it about two months miss lady thought she was doing something nope haha

Ms Lolita exceeded my expectations by far. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured, nor did I feel took for my money. She had no problem walking to show me what the unit looked like just to make sure the space was fit for me. Didn’t even bother reading reviews I was honestly just trying to find a storage convenient to my job and where I plan on moving.
