This was because not only did they have large units that could be easily accessed by large trucks, but primarily because of the amazing customer service. He helped ensure the unit met my needs, that I was able to get the best price, and went above and beyond.

It’s virtually impossible to reach management staff at this location. On the day of my move last year, the key pad on the door directly to my unit was not working. Luckily, another customer was around, and he explained to me that the numbers on the keypad are always stuck, which gives an inaccurate read when you press your code. The hours of operation posted on the entrance gate and office door are not honored. The entrance gate signage states “9:30AM TO 6:00 PM DAILY”, but those are not the actual hours the facility is open to customers for entry. Read your contract agreement carefully, because their signage is misleading, and can be confusing for a person dealing with the stress of a move. I would not recommend this location simply because of the technical issues with their facility, and how hard it is to reach management to help resolve problems. The customer service reps at their corporate office have limited ability to help, and are usually nonchalant, which comes off as rude. The only positive thing I can say about this location is it’s quiet, and off a busy road, which helps limit theft/ break ins.
I have been calling you guys for charging my card twice nobody bordered to return my calls same thing when I was at the property I called several times to ask questions if you guys have water I was at the entrance the guy never bordered to check or pick the calls you guys are terrible I will be moving out soon but you guy remembered to send me messages for staying just 4 minutes late.

Gate is only open during daytime hours, 930 to 6. You will have to call out of work to be able to access your propery. And they will keep your $29 "service fee" even though you had the space for 1 hour.
