Awful. This location, as well as Public Storage. I already paid $50 for a “the first month is $1” storage unit. There’s no one here at the location to let me in. I received the gate code by text to enter the property, but when I enter the gate code, the keypad tells me I need to see management. There’s no one here, the door is locked, lights off. Office hours are 5am - 6pm. It’s 4pm. The automated menu at Public Storage customer service 800-688-8057 says press 3 to speak to the property manager. When I press 3, nothing happens. This is my introduction to Public Storage. Take your money elsewhere. This company doesn’t value your time or money.

The rent keep increasing like crazy . I have leak and rat infestation on my storage. They want me to leave the key to service .sure ๐ west oak storage is way better than here will be moving out soon.i came in to get my generator to be ready at home for the storm and is to late Sunday 4:59 pm
