THEY WILL SELL YOUR STUFF!!
They will be very quick to sell your stuff, even if you are one month over due. They don't care how many years you have had that unit, paying regularly, one mishap and they will eagerly auction it off. Don't know what software do they use, but their emails and messages go into spam, you will miss them.
Please take your business to a different location or you will learn the hard way.

Drove 30 minutes. Midway I get a call telling me I won and what time I would be there. I said 120. I come at 120 door is locked no one there. They said I stated 2 which I did not.
Before I pay for the unit she then checks and sees the tenant paid and I can't get it. Why call me saying I won before checking? Wasted my time due to poor management. Will report to auction site
Customer service was great but you cannot access the property before 9:30 a.m. Excuse me? If it is a secured site then I am paying to store my things at my convenience. I went at 7 p.m. tonight and it's locked. When clearly the card states 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. I will be moving my things!

I can’t express how wonderful this location is in customer service. Railynn helped me over the phone with several questions regarding my account. She’s so sweet and patient.
The customer service was so good I thought she deserved 10 stars. I overheard her asking another customer if they minded leaving her a review so I thought I would too. I walked in to discuss my rate going up and there was already a few people inside including a couple maintenance man. Railynn I believe was how you spelled her name handled each and every person with respect no matter their issue. She helped me get my rate reduced with a smile on her face the entire time. Amazing customer service and so pleased to be doing business with her.

But after communicating with Vionda, everything was done the same day and I hadn’t even known my lock was taken care of until the following week. She took care of me in no time. I’m so grateful and she was a pleasure to deal with.

We planned to move from the current unit to a smaller one a few years back as we didn’t need all the space, but didn’t have time to do so. Finally we got some time and stopped by. Manager Vionda was so pleasant and extremely helpful. She made the process easy and simple. While we were moving our stuff to the new one, we saw Vionda several times moving between storage buildings, checking on things and cleaning things out. Storage place is clean overall. Happy with cleanliness of the place. Manager however seems to always be having a bad day, She is rude and sounds like she hates her JOB at Public Storage. I recommend fixing your issues online and use the manager as last resort. Good luck.

We have a storage unit here. No one ever answers the phone. Can’t reach anyone. Go by the office and no one is ever there. Being charged late fees after specifically telling them my mother gets social security and can’t pay til the 3rd. Yet they still charge and no one to talk to about fixing it

Do not use this place! I’m not sure if this is how all the public storage locations are run but I will never use public storage again! I’m currently sitting at the property as people walk up to the door and they are not here. They have a lock on my storage I have paid to be removed and this is day 3 they have not taken it off so I can remove my things. They do not answer the phone. They called earlier today to tell me I need to purchase a new lock after they cut it off I told them I would be by today to remove my things and they never told me they were leaving the property unattended for the rest of the day

This place is clean, well-kept, and safe. I was never worried about being messed with or my stuff being unsafe.
One thing I didn’t like about here Was that you can’t get in after 6 PM. It didn’t work with my schedule to keep my things here since I had tools and things I needed sometimes but couldn’t get to.

DO NOT STORE YOU BELOINGINGS AT THE 7255 HWY 6 Houston Tx 77083 LOCATION!!!!!!!! My unit has been broken into 3 times. They have stolen all my things and Public storage will not compensate me. The so called property manager is a joke!!! She's incredibly rude. Every time you speak with her she sounds as if she doesn't want to be there or she's tired, or flat out just hates her job. She doesn't know how to speak to customers. She has jumped out of her car and started yelling at me when I tried to get in after hours. I never received correspondence telling me of the new gate hours. Had she told me calmly instead of yelling at me that situation wouldn't have gotten out of hand. Customer service is a joke!! They don't help customers at all. I repeat don't store you belongings at this location or any Public storage for that matter!!! If I could do no stars I would. They don't deserve 1 star! Then I get a call today from that same RUDE so called property manager "informing me of the new hours" . Just maybe I should have been informed $500 ago!!! Very tacky and poor services!!!

Just checked in. First time customer here. 11/6/2021. The lady working definitely sounded like she did not want to be there. Too bad I did not get that email she kept claiming I should have got with all the access information; I would have had a pleasant experience without facing such a rude employee.. She finally figured out I could use some customer service after seeing me scramble awkwardly for 5 minutes looking for the email I did not receive, and finally wrote the information on a piece of paper not before sighing of relief as I make my way out the store.
Vionda has been friendly, helpful, informative and has easily answered / solved any questions or concerns that I have brought to her. Truly appreciate this secure storage space at a great rate with friendly service.
