They charged me an extra month because on the first I went to the office to make sure they closed my account. No one is ever there so didn’t trust my voicemails would be honored. Would not recommend
My rent was $135 for the first 3 months then raised to $195😐. They don't pro rate your move out. So I told them I was staying until the end of the month because I paid for the month. They kept asking me to leave earlier ( so they can rent the unit while keeping my months rent), I told them no because I paid for the whole month. I moved out 10 days before the end of the month and wanted to keep the unit to park my motorcycle in for the remaining 10 days ( to keep it out of the upcoming bad weather) they noticed and went ahead and closed out my account without my permission so they could rent it out after telling them multiple times I was staying the whole month I paid for!
Lori was very helpful making sure I found the appropriate unit size and best location of the unit. She stepped in quickly to solve a problem I experience with the online process.

Came into public storage off of 35 and received more than exceptional service at the front desk. The representative was extremely knowledgeable in all products and services offered. The car was also able to enroll me in auto pay which saved me money in the long run. Would definitely recommend storage to anyone in need.
I would highly recommend this storage unit to anybody. They made it easy short fast and simple I applied online came in gave them my reservation number and everything was ready to go. The gentleman at the front desk was very sweet. Very nice showed us. The unit made us feel comfortable like this place was, the place to pick because I had four options and this was my option so I would highly recommend public storage off 35 and Georgetown, Texas

Buildings and property are always clean. Multiple layers of security, which is good. Price increases made me leave, jumping $25 on a 5x5 unit to $78 is too much. Had my stuff out before the end of the month, they still charged for the next month and so far are not refunding although I was told it would be. They had cut my lock on accident, after I couldn't find my keys so filled out the form, but then called back 2 days later and told them my son had the keys, was told ok, they'll pull the request. A few days later I get a call that they cut it anyways, and put their lock on. This was on the 29th. I was told just to get things out and leave the lock there since it was their lock and they wouldn't charge for it. My son couldn't find the key drop in the dark (was looking in the wrong place) so keys were dropped off a few days later. I was told that because the lock I was told to just leave on the unit so they could pick it up was still on the unit, then I was still in possession of it and was charged. I let him know that was not my lock and I was told to do that. The guy was brusque about it and said I still owed. I stopped in and spoke with a woman, she said she'd see what she could do because I'd done what I'd been told, but I still don't have a refund almost a month later. I won't do business with them again for this reason. There are plenty of other companies to use if I need storage again.

I went by the storage unit for my initial tour and i was shown how to use the app to get into my unit.
Then the gentleman who gave me the tour asked if I had Google Maps app on my phone, to open it up, search this specific location, and hit the 5 stars.
I’m editing this to 2 stars because in the past 2 weeks, Public Storage have charged my card 3 times and I’ve repeatedly asked the PM to help get the charges reversed.
The PM indicated that it takes Public Storage 2-3 weeks to review the request. While I’m writing this review, my card is being charged again. I’m not an open bank account!! Please stop charging my card!!!!
Also, I signed up for a unit with a 50% off promo but needed to switch to a bigger unit. I did this within 24 hours, and now the PM said that corporate has to review the request whether or not to honor the promotion.
I’m extremely concerned with the way Public Storage is handling these issues

Well here is a long overdue 5 star review for Miss Jessica! I have been at this facility since 2019, and met Jessica in 2021. Throughout these three years Miss Jessica has served above and beyond in many situations. Always quiet, calm, cool, and collected, she has seen to it that ALL my needs are always met/addressed at the very least. Miss Jessica is always professional and prompt to follow up when necessary which I really appreciate. I have also been privileged to see her handle and work through some of the most difficult situations as well as some really difficult people, and always maintains a professional and dignified demeanor. It is this level of service that is most important to me, and I am sure all customers using the facility! Thank you Jessica for three years of dedicated amazing service and that beautiful warm friendly smile!

I am so beyond satisfied with my experience I received from Maria . She has been super helpful with all my accommodations I needed to get a storage. The past few times I have been here I have waited for over 2 hours waiting for some assistance at the front desk . After looking all over the complex I finally found her and her son walking around the area and then soon after I was able to receive help. I've made multiple phone calls trying to get ahold of someone as well. The place looks so clean and bathroom is super clean .Now that Maria is here she has been beyond amazing with her customer service and support. I had a bad day while reserving a unit and she went out of her way to calm me down and comfort me over the phone and extend my reservation to help me out when I was in need. . She's absolutely amazing . Let's keeps her please!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Maria helped us so very much! She was so helpful, we took a quick 24 trip to empty some stuff from our storage unit and with a flight leaving in the morning and not having much time she assisted us with calling a locksmith so we could get access to our unit and also helped us get into a smaller unit so we weren’t paying for a large unit that we didn’t need. She was so pleasant, happy and very very helpful. I highly recommend!

Best service! I had a special online for $128 and the 1st month half off. However, the unit was the wrong location and Maria switched units but the special price didn’t show up. She contacted her supervisor and was able to ensure that I would get my online discount in 24 hours. She made it so easy and I really appreciate that!!! I met Jessica, Maria and Paul while I had my stuff in storage. The place is kept extremely clean. And the aforementioned people were always very nice, helpful and kind. If I need storage space on the future. I do not have to look elsewhere because I would go back to these nice people and place.

Maria and Jessica were very helpful, great customer service! They helped me transfer from storage units and made sure everything was easy for me.
The elevator has been broken for at least two weeks. The parts are apparently “on order”. We were told that there were stairs we could use.
We were scheduled to be out in November, however, we have large bulky items that we were unable to move down the stairs (which is why we paid more to be closer to the elevator). We were charged rent for December as we were unable to move our large items out (although it was slightly discounted).
We have called almost daily and written emails and have not gotten any response other than the parts are on order. We have been without our bed for over two weeks since we are unable to get it out of storage.

I had a unit and wanted to pay for it but it got to expensive was with no job for couple of weeks had important documents a pick file and cloth personnel hygiene products and some shoes cloth please need this and 2 boxes internet unit 3051 3051 unit 5x5
The elevator is currently broken, for the second time in two months. First time this happened, I was told to use the side door to get to the stairs. Said side door was locked. The elevator stayed broken for at least a week, that time. Can only imagine how long this time will take. On top of that, the man at the desk was extremely rude, and had no desire to help anyone in anyway, let alone have any sympathy. As if me paying way too much every month isn’t enough of a reason to get what in paying for. This company does not care.

Seamless online process! They have great deals when reserving online. When we moved our things to the storage unit Jessica was very friendly and helpful. We chose a climatized unit, it was clean and spacious for the items we were storing. All doors are accessible by a unique code as well as a entry gate code.
