Impressed by this facility as it is well kept, very clean and looks very safe. Also, very nice to find inside storage!
I am very disappointed with the office hours at this location. 6AM to 9PM is what is posted me and my family was there at 6AM and no one was there to assist us with getting into the storage units. Very frustrating and very inconvenient.
This place is AMAZING! The property is always clean and the staff is always nice. Anytime I've had short or long winded questions, they continue to explain everything to me without losing their patience. Highly recommend Public Storage to those looking for a safe secure friendly place to stash your belongings. Most of I want to thank Mary. RENTERS BEWARE OF BIG PRICE HIKES: Public Storage has raised my monthly rent twice since October. My 10X20 unit was $182 in September; that was increased to $235 in October. And in February, Public Storage raised the rent to $268. The company said a 10X20 rental unit is available for $127 -- if I'm willing to move my stuff. Otherwise, pay it or move out. Such price hikes -- after your furniture is in storage -- appear to be the company strategy.

Maria at Georgetown, TX did an amazing job she actually took my payment!!! I have 6 storage units in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, 3 st one location that I have had for 3 years now that are in my app, the other 3 I just got last month at a different location because there was no availability at the location I was currently at and when the lady at the new location called me to pay I told her I was out of town and that my dog was just killed and if I could give her my debit card over the phone and she told me NO, she could no my take my payment over the phone I had to go into a Public Storage location where I was at to pay. I have never heard of anyone that would not take a payment over the phone!!! Maria got me all straightened out though!!! Thanks, Maria!!!

I’ve rented from Public storage before but having issues with this location 2X now has me looking for a better company to rent with. I travel for work & “DID” give notice but was surprised to find a “no notice to vacate” & a bill. They are only good for temp not for long term.
This is one of just a few carts available. I’m pretty sure Public Storage can afford to replace this joke of a cart.

Everything about this place has gone above my expectations for a storage place! It's so clean, the price is great, and the setup/reservation was so easy online. Bill in the office has also been extremely nice and helpful! He gave us a tour, helped me decide which size unit I needed, and made sure we didn't have any trouble finding the unit.
