I paid my bill and the manager says she does not work here anymore and will not grant us access to our unit like we were told by the people at corporate I'm stuck outside my unit in the facility with my truck loaded this is the worst experience I've ever had at a storage facility I recommend no one rent here
This is a kiosk run facility. However the Property Manager Tiffany reached out to see if there was anything I needed and to make sure my experience renting a space was a good one. Is was smooth and the keys were ready and available to lock the storage on site. It is easily accessible from the freeway and the property is easy to drive in and out of. Thanks Public Storage!!!
I needed a storage ASAP, and I have to say that I called the number got a customer service representative named Adam who was so sweet, very informative, and had a very comfortable voice which made this a very easy process. I was told that I qualified for the $1 promotion, $29.99 for insurance coverage( which is non refundable), and $19.99 for their lock total, which I paid that day was $51.64. Thinking everything was taken care of I received a humbling call from Ms. Tiffany informing me that the storage unit I had thought was paid up til November 1st (which was not the case). That I needed to pay for Oct 1st-21st, and I needed to pay $54.63 to cover that paymentI (which i wasn't aware of) . I'm not going to lie I was upset to say the least, and Ms. Tiffany was so professional regardless of how my verbal conversation went towards her. After talking things out she was very supportive of helping me get things straightened out. She's just a very cool person, and keeps her professionalism despite the situation she was put in.
* Yes, I did apologize to her, letting her know it wasn't nothing personal towards her that I was just blindsided with the new information.

The place is run down. They dont seem to have anyone there watching things. I noticed someone tampered with the door of my unit. There is no way to contact support if you're having a problem. The phone number listed never answers, so you're just on your own. I went to throw some things in the dumpster today, and they have it locked down, lol. Figures they would spend more time locking up the dumpster that Tennants pay for vs. worrying about the security of the facility overall. I noticed someone cut a hole behind the dumpster in the fence. Guess what? I can't tell anyone... I can't report it.. office is just an automated machine. I'll be so glad when i get my last bit of things out this next month. They raise the price over and over and over even when other are struggling in this economy. They just care about your money. If i were you, i would use a different place or just a different public storage location in general. This one sucks. I can't wait to be out!
Worst place EVER. They auctioned off my unit and I AM A DISABLED VETERAN AND HAD BOXES OF ALL MY MEDICAL RECORDS AND ALL MY VA PAPERWORK IN there. Along with my sons medical stuff too. They illegally put my unit Iein for none payment for one month....and sold my stuff on Friday August 23. I never received any written notice. I did receive a message late Thursday night that I needed to pay the full balance or my unit would be sold in auction on Friday....and I tried calling again and again.,and NO ONE WOULD EVER CALL ME BACK TO HELP ME WITH MY ACCOUNT.
IT'S A HIPA VIOLATION IN REGARDS TO MY VA PAPERWORK ABD MEDICAL RECORDS BEING SOLD.

ON TOP OF THAT.....I AM homeless with my son ...in the homeless veterans program waiting on housing voucher. I explained all of this when I rented to unit I person on May 31st. I just do NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS CAN HAPPEN... I DONT CARE ABOUT THE PROPERTY. ALL I WANT IS ALLLL OF MY PAPERWORK AND PICTURES.

OH BTW.... The 3 People that I have been able to talk since yesterday morning were rude and disrespectful and COULD CARE LESS THAT IM A VETERAN. NOT ONCE HAS ANY Apologized And said that they will fix it for me. Guess y'all aren't Veteran friendly. Bc Yasmin was the first little girl I talked to yesterday about this and she laughed at me. .and kept saying "well I can't hear you very well so you need to call the property manager".
Accidentally booked a unit that was not climate controlled and Heather, the clerk at store#28127, came out to greet me at the kiosk. She was very patient and kind. She helped me find exactly what I needed and explained how to cancel and rebook a space. Thanks Heather!!
Have only been there like 2 weeks and already have seen alot of roaches and spiders. Ive been at alot of other storage places and have never seen it this bad.

This location helped me on my decision tremendously. Although I had one right across the street from my home and no one reached out or was able to assist. So I took the next closet location. I even got to speak with a live agent. They did return my call. Very thankful and pleased.

My experience has been great given the little time I’ve had my storage unit. Called to get some answers about a few things and couldn’t get through and then the next morning a nice man named Austin gave me a call and was able to provide me with the answers to those questions. If you need any questions answered ask for Austin he’s amazing!!!

I just got off the phone with Austin over at Public Storage. I must say that I appreciate this guy for his willingness to reach out to me in order to let me know that he's here to satisfy our concerns as tenants. Very professional young man! Definitely one of a kind! I highly recommend Public Storage if your looking for similar service.
I got a great promotion and a very clean storage unit. I love the security of using the app to obtain entry and existing of Public Storage.
Please do not leave valuable items here as they have no staff that you may contact for help at alllll !!! No one answers the phone and your things are 10/10 going to be stolen and auctioned off to the highest bidder. Property managers don’t do their job in insuring the correct information is given out in regards to Payments and where the stolen property is!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not do business with them, I thought the previous bad reviews were inaccurate, but they are very much so accurate.
I had rented space here many years ago and it is still kept in very good condition. Although I now communicate by phone or their service kiosk, the people I talk with are helpful and friendly as ever!

This place is a nightmare to deal with. I can’t even pay for my reservation. I made one online, came to the kiosk to pay since it would not let me continue online. Then it turns out my storage is no longer available. Every time someone pops up on the kiosk to help, they just hang up. Same as the customer service number, they all hang up. They are too lazy to do their job. Save yourself your time and pay more for a better storage. Public storage sucks.
This storage facility are Theives they will take all your things and Never call you to make arrangements.They took very expensive clothes and several mink stoles that were my grandmothers prized possessions if you get just 1 month behind they will tag on fees that will make it impossible for you to get caught up I am talking about hundreds of dollars and then if you don't have the money at the time to pay it they will Not contact you about it either and your stuff will be gone thats what happened to me and I contacted the main office to figure out how to pay it they said yiu don't have the money to pay it RIGHT THEN There is NOTHING WE CAN DO I could have paid in installments but they did not have that option I am warning you DONT GET BEHIND NOT ONE MONTH OR IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET CAUGHT UP
Clean and new facility. Self service kiosk is very convenient. Tiffany is AMAZING too. Had an issue with my unit and she took care of it with great communication and speed.
Having on going issues with this location. The managers bounce around so when you think you have a situation rectified it fails to be communicated with the additional managers. We had been locked out of his storage for a lil over a month because they did renovations on the property right after he signed the agreement and didn’t communicate that they would be removing our lock and replacing the locks with theirs .. and when we tried to get the key no one could find it .

These 2 cars are also always blocking the entryway and it’s annoying having to reverse out the alley with all the humps esp when other vehicles are parked getting things out of their storage
It’s sad I had to drive 30 mins to this storage just to talk to a machine instead of anyone just answering the phone. Definitely moving locations this is ridiculous.
Won’t ever rent here ever again!!!!! They changed the doors and locks without sending out any messages. Very inconvenient. I have to drive to another location just to pick up my key to access my things in this unit. This is terrible.
Thanks for the management of the location on E & S Loop 820 took great care of a minor issue that I had great place to store you personally items 💯💯💯👌🏽

It is what it is, a storage facility. There's only a kiosk, and the entry hours could be later, 9pm isn't great.
The hours are not reasonable for gate entry. They should at least be open til 10pm if not 11. Some schedules don't allow customers to get off til 8pm and trying to rush to move your things by 9pm is difficult. They need to definitely extend their hours and accommodate the customers who work later . They don't offer 24 hour access even for move in day.
No one to talk to but a kiosk machine here 😥 I guess I’ll go to Uhall storage across the street at least they have employees to talk to an ask questions
