NEGATIVE STARS ONLY. DISGUSTING. Pulled the few things in my unit after finding out billing was not done properly on their end. I still continued to get past due notices until I was able to speak with Corporate. Every bag was covered in MOUSE POOP & PEE. The unit wasn't like that when I dropped stuff off. Do not use this location.

Zavala was super nice and extremely helpful. She is a great employee and should definitely get a raise. She went above and beyond to help me.

Trevor has always been helpful and courteous. The facility is clean and I felt like all of my belongings were safe while they were there.

My phone is off so I'm doing a review on someone else's Google im at Public storage at 8400 camp bowie and Trevor is the manager and he is the best, he is always friendly and knowledgeable and always in a good mood he is very understanding and always ready to help no matter what you may need out of all the employees that have worked here he is by far the best, very diligent and eager to do his job with a smile. Thank God for the people here. Always have been helpful especially since I forget when my damn payments are do. Trevor just called me to remind me. I completely forgot. Also the spaces are great and they don't nag you at all!

Trevor is the best. He was extremely helpful in deciding what unit was best for all of our stuff. He set us up from start to finish! Visit him to get all your storage needs addressed!

I bought a storage unit from this location through a 3rd party app, I went to claim the unit and I started to clear the whole unit out. As I was cleaning the unit out I noticed alot of the things in there were turned over and scattered about almost like the unit was gone through which prompted me to look at the pics of the unit that were listed on the auction site and I noticed there was items missing out of the unit specifically 2 brand new 30in gaming monitors. I informed the front desk clerk and he told me he would notify his boss and give me a call back, when I didn't hear anything back I called to get an update and he said they were still looking into it. I never heard anything from them after that. I know they have cameras and can easily find out who took those 2 monitors out of the unit yet it was never done. I was never offered any kind of resolution or compensation not even a phone call. Given the area that this location is at, I'm not surprised I had issues with them but to not even acknowledge the issue is totally unprofessional. They definitely need to have a revision in their staff as I'm led to believe this was an inside job.

Trevor the property manager was so helpful & informative with the storage units. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

If you want your things to be ruined by rats and the office not care at all, you should get a unit here. If you want to pay for a unit and an insurance that will not cover rodent damage you should rent here. If you like the smell of a zoo you should rent here.

Worst storage company in general.

Did a move out notification thru the app. For November 30th. I was off the property before 8pm on the 30th. I'm getting emails and texts about a past due balance for DECEMBER. Property won't call me back or answer the phone and I've called during business hours. Another way to mess my name up. But I won't rent from them again. Cause this is annoying and unfair. I have emailed about mived out and scheduled a move out.

Jayne is so wonderful person to have to help move in thank you so much..I will stay at this place for awhile..

Don’t rent from here! The office lady was very nice and professional, however I was in my unit and went to shut the door and it would not close more than halfway, it took over 72 hours for them to force it shut and it rained during that time. Public storage only discounted $25 off of next months rent and the door isn’t even fixed properly so accessing my things is still going to be difficult. Maybe try an inside unit?

Stacy helped me out a ton. She was very knowledge and even went the extra mile to help me out. I rarely ever do reviews but that's just how great she was 10/10 stars. Thank you again Stacy.

This is the ONLY place to put your beloved furniture and keep sakes! With wonderful service from extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. Specifically ms Hope at the front desk. Ms hope is the person you want looking after all of your public storage needs. She’s very responsive and in touch with her customers. Ms hope is personable and such a joy! I look forward to talking with her every time I go to my unit!

Not sure if my first one went thru. Lauren is friendly professional and patient. She answered every question I had without making me feel slow.

Had my things in storage for about 6 months when I went to get some things out I noticed rats had chewed through my refrigerator, $900.00 Samsung washer and $900.00 dishwasher components as well as my $3,000 recliner sectional in some areas paid $15.00 a month for insurance that only covers $250.00 rodent damage so that won’t do any good.. I’m waiting for the adjuster to call me back to see how we can resolve this but I’m not happy with this storage facility paying $250 a month just to have my things messed up.

So my mom has been renting a storage unit there since it was all storage. I went this morning to drop off some stuff but no one was at the front desk to get the key from. Mind you this was at 10:30 am so they had already been open for a bit. Tried calling the number but all I got was VM. Not sure why they don’t have a person at the front desk during NBH but it definitely shows their commitment to CS.

Helped someone move in here. Place is small, have to get out of car to ebtet code, at least they did, seemed old and not well maintained. Dont know the price and will do what is needed. Just not impressed

This will be a bad review. There is an infestation of rats. Our couch in there is ruined. The rats have chewed on everything in there. I can't wait till we can remove our property from there. They continue to raise the rates even when property is being destroyed by rats.

Not the best place for storage, units are separated with drywall making it easy for people to break in through a unit next to yours.
